Hotel KRA

The room was clean but cupboards were not cleaned and all remainings from previous stay were present in cubboards. All other amenities were working except for tv remote ) which is not a big issue for a single night stay. Driver parking was not available in the campus and our driver had to park outside. The Hotel KRA is good for one night stay.

The Hotel KRA is located in main area and they have good parking space. Due to covid, they had very minimal staffs and the restaurant was closed. The room was neat. Considering no restaurant inside, they could have lowered the price a little.

Hotel in the center of the city, they have restaurant not in the premises but on its gate. Their is one hospital as well in the Hotel KRA premises, that is benefit in any of the emergency conditions. Brihadisvara Temple and Palace are quite close from the Hotel KRA.

Location is very good. Staff are not professional though they are okay and behave well. Needed trained staff. Room is spacious n clean. There is no restaurant attached even tea n coffee not provided in-house.

Excellent condition of neat and tidy rooms. Very decent and gentle reception. Only suggestion is to provide restaurant (tea/coffee and snacks at least) facilities will be helpful the senior citizens like us.

The stay was pleasant and the staff was pretty cooperative. We got an early check-in by 3 hours as well. Also the location of the place is perfect, all the tourist destinations are in a walking distance.

The room was well lit and spacious. The maintenance was perfectly done and had geysers in the bathroom. Ac was perfectly working and had big screen tv in room. The cleanliness was perfect.

Good. But ac not working. As i booked for two days with payment. I am unable to change my stay. They are not repairing. Not giving another better room. Worst rooms they are showing.

As a differently-abled person, I find little difficult to climb two steps. If the ramp is there it will be very helpful. Rooms are good and clean. I had a comfortable stay there.
