Emergency ke chalte partial cancellation apply Kara tha but property ne usko reject kar diya. Hotel main bilkul dim light led bulb kharab.

There is no toiletry items available in the bathroom, no sleepers, too much stair to going to the hotel , no lift

Bad hospitality. Cleanliness was fine . But no slippers provided .No water bottle complimentary. These are basic . We paid 5800 including GST .

Hotel is at ok location but need to climb straight stairs (more than 30). Room was clean but needs a lot of repair. It’s an old property ,all locks, drainage was in not ok condition. Food was Good.

The property is pretty old and at a pretty good height. The rooms are dark and with spiders and insects. Charging high just for lake view, without putting any efforts in providing a relaxed stay to customers. Another property is under construction in front of it so the view will be compromising in coming days. I would suggest to opt for another hotel nearby.

Our stay was terrible as we found that there are 140 steps to climb to reach the hotel reception from Mall Road our trouble ia compounded with the fact that we both the travellers are 65+. To add to this rooms were allotted to third floor Hope our hearts remain intact.

hotel is at hill top, car or 2wheeler cannot reach upto hotels and you have to climb 100+ steps to reach hotel, if u r travelling with old aged person or someone having problems in walking so much then avoid this place. even the wheel chair cannot reach here

I recently stayed in this hotel, The location is convenient, with easy access to local attractions and transportation. The staff were polite and tried to assist when needed. However, the room was a bit disappointing. The bed and cleaning is not upto mark. Additionally, the Wi-Fi was slow and unreliable. Overall, it was an okay stay.

stay was pleasant. room service was good. room and bathroom are clean. lake view room. amenities like free wifi is good. but you have to climb 70 to 80 staircase

The location is on the Mall Road . All the rooms are lake view. Staff is supportive. Value for Money stay.

Rate of rooms is little bit high and there is very high no of stairs to reach hotel reception it is very pathetic for senior citizens

Place is good, but you have to climb many stairs to reach hotel. Property is very good, food is good. Cleanliness is there. The view from room is awesome. Overall the hotel is Best.

The best thing about the property was its location. The balcony opens to the Lake view which is amazing. The food quality was okay and the cleanliness of the room and service of the staff was good.

The luxury room was good, the executive rooms were alright. The food from the restaurant was very nice & hygienic. Overall it was a good stay with a good view. Do keep this in mind, you have to climb up 70-80 steps to get to the hotel which might be tiresome for elderly as it was very tiresome for 20-30 year olds in the mountains.

Mall road view but hotel lack basic things the doors does not close properly and the room interiors are very average washroom is very smelly
