The room was filthy, with stained carpets, dirty linens, and an unclean bathroom. It was obvious that the housekeeping staff had not cleaned properly before I arrived. Despite my complaints to the same staff, they rudely stated that it would remain unchanged.

I had the worst experience as the booking was not confirmed. This was not my fault but denied by the manager of hotel krishna. There was a communication gap between make my trip and hotel krishna and i was victimized. Though an alternative property was arranged for me with a struggle of two hours (hotel excel, our stay was not comfortable. The toilet was miserable. I can say my experience with make my trip is very poor.
