Hotel Krishna Residency

I booked 2 rooms, my sister checked in in the afternoon. She said to the hotel person that we will stay in one room for the other room night my brother will come please handover the keys. They said ok. But when I reached there at night 1am he is full sleepy when I try to wakeup he is using bad words after wakeup he said you need to make a call to your sister and ask for room number. I said I don't want to wake them up in the midnight I will show you the booking confirmation but he denied. I made a call and she woke up and shared the room number then they were given the key.

The overall experience was good. The food was good in the restaurant and also room service was also very comfortable and hygienic.

Room neatness is not that good , we booked including breakfast option as we r new to the city but guy standing over there to serve is standing holding idly and asking should i give idly if he is giving free lf cost if we ask second time to serve then he should do that. First time itself he is just holding spoon and asking pathetic the word i cam say can check with others who were there today

Rats and lizards are also stayed with me in the room. Rats ate the prasadam of Goddess Kanaka Durga Mata. I couldn't take it to my home, An unfortunate thing. There is a smell of naphthalene balls from AC cooling. The fan is making loud noise. The wash room has shits of rats and lizards. The same is shown to Manager. Terrible stay.

dirty walls. unpleasant lighting inside rooms. dirty bathwater. rats issue in AC. Room also not allowed to change. Last option if other hotels rooms not available

hotel is neat and clean. and staff is helpful except one person at reception...food quality is good

I booked delux room for 1 night and it was very comfortable, hot water, AC, and TV are available and I enjoyed my hotel stay very much.

Room is untidy, ac is not working, no proper sheets.

rooms n stay was good but room service needs to be improved. food is available in restaurant which is good value for money

It was wonderful stay at Krishna Residency. Room and Bathroom were really good. Food also very tasty.

Bathroom and room are not clean and the staff behavior also very bad especially the front office staff

The room maintenance was not good.They were promised two extra beds while booking online, but the room was very small, and it was extremely difficult to fit a third bed inside. There was also no hot water available during our stay. Overall, not comfortable stay.

It was a nice hotel, The staff was good and Mainly the food was so good I am suggesting this If you go to vijaywada.

Room was not good, it was so damp that bed felt wet .. wardrobe door was broken and ac didn’t work properly .. finally we had to change the room but the new room wasn’t different

Rooms were filled with cockroaches. On request to change the room, they told that room not available. Hot water not running from taps in bathroom.

Stay was satisfied. Provded breakfast is good with limited items. Location is easily accessible

The stay was cozy, services were good and the breakfast was awesome. They give quality and tasty breakfast. For lunch and dinner their restaurant is specious and comfortable. The food is at a reasonable price. Service is very fast. Food taste and quality is good. Once I felt the AC is not working properly they changed my room easily. It was my first visit to Vijayawada but I enjoyed the accommodation and hospitality.
