hotel located in the central location of the city. spacious room and friendly staff. complimentary breakfast spread is good and tasty. overall value for money deal on MMT

Room was so so. Nothing great. In addition I think both Makemytrip and the hotel are wrong. If three adults are staying it is understood that we would need extra mattress. The hotel did not provide one and charged for it. Ideally speaking Makemytrip should pay it back as they have goofed up

It was a really bad experience at this place where the basic hygiene also is not there

Rooms was full of cigarette smoke smell, when we entered when complained they have sprayed room freshner, no hot water in the shower, cockroaches were roaming in the room

Location is very nearer to MG road n Eluru road . We can get all kinds of materials such as electronics, motor spares etc and also best food n entertainment

I booked this hotel , but my experience was not up to the mark. The 5th floor where our rooms were allotted was not in good condition. I had booked two rooms for seven people and reached the hotel around 2 PM, but the rooms were not ready. The first set of rooms had AC water leakage, and we had to wait for about 20 minutes for another allocation. Basic amenities like toothbrush and toothpaste were missing in all rooms. I had high expectations for breakfast, but it was quite disappointing. Overall, my family did not enjoy the stay. This time, my experience was not very satisfying.

worst food and worst staff behaviour and at fooding staff very worst so please don't book room, if call to restaurant the restaurant people shouting

THE ROOM WAS SMELLING WITH SOME FOUL SMELL. THE PROPERTY WAS VERY VERY OLD AND POOR RESPONSE FROM THE RECEPTION WHEN I INFORMED ABOUT THE SMELL..

I booked 2 rooms, my sister checked in in the afternoon. She said to the hotel person that we will stay in one room for the other room night my brother will come please handover the keys. They said ok. But when I reached there at night 1am he is full sleepy when I try to wakeup he is using bad words after wakeup he said you need to make a call to your sister and ask for room number. I said I don't want to wake them up in the midnight I will show you the booking confirmation but he denied. I made a call and she woke up and shared the room number then they were given the key.

The overall experience was good. The food was good in the restaurant and also room service was also very comfortable and hygienic.
