Hotel Kufri Ashray

All rooms have wall size transparent glasses and standing balcony and they offer breathtaking outside view. Parking is little bit tight here. Food quality is very good. Righr from owner, manager and bell boy, staff is courteous and helpful.
While the staff was wearing mask and hand sanitizer was available at reception, i believe customer should be informed about the safety stnadaards of blankets, bedsheets and mattress. Also place a hand sanotizer in the lobby too.

Stay was pleasant, very well located. Manager was very helpful since we came quite late in the night, food was kept ready for us. Hotel has basic amenities, not a totally bad option. Service can be improved. I had to call the help for everything getting our intercom to work, hot water, toilet paper. Service really needs to be upgraded and professional.

We have very good experience in this Hotel Kufri Ashray. Personally they take care of us. Very prime location, good service and personal care, very good restaurants with tasty food, costwise little bit higher but worth. If we required any help for other activities they voluntarily involved and arrange the facilities.

They have a super friendly staff and special mention to the manager Sharmaji who is a real gentleman and very kind. Their restaurant serves very delicious food during our 2 days stay, we ordered from there only. The only issue I faced was with their availability of hot water. Other than that, had a perfect stay.

We were three girls staying in the Hotel. The staff was very good n courteous. All the amenities were provided by the Hotel including heater which had to be paid for. The food was also good.

Room is good but light's are not appropriate. No hot water supply. Albeit staff is amiable and food is good in taste. Location is good and near to snow.
