No support given by the team over there in hotel, towel and other things are also not present in the room. Parking space is not available over there.

Air conditioning was in bad condition and there was bad cleanliness . No food facility. Overall bad compare to price

Property is good to stay but there is not food available in hotel. You need to go out nearby to take meals.

No proper blanket, no glass of water, no complimentary water, no water kettle, no heater in room, bed cushion is very bad, tv not working, light also improper in room, on two people only one towel that to not useful for bathing but only to wash hand. Not matching standard as with its cost.

Location was closer to the market place. The place can be more cleaner from hygiene point of view. The room was Ok. Food can be ordered from outside.

Nice stay but was quite expensive, staff, cleanliness ok. People looking near sgpgi can find this good stay

We reached the hotel at 8pm we checked in the family room the ac was not working properly but the staff was too cooperative they immediately shifted us to another room but the ac was not working over there to but it was still better than the previous one overall staff is good but they need to work on the maintenance

Stay was overall good. Rooms have ac and tv. Washroom was clean. The main problem was absence of kitchen. Their own restaurant has stopped functioning. Hence when calling for food to the reception some local eatery boy would come to take order. The food would be obviously very bad.

Could be much cleaner. Food quality was below average. Felt rooms are little highly priced for the quality.

the location is the best, all ac fitted rooms, amenities including transportation at arms length, staff of hotel very polite and co-operative.. all such at a very low price . one must stay at this property. good luck 🙏. continuing our stay for three more nights, checking out in the early morning of 02/12/2022 for new delhi

Good accommodation, good behaviour, homely atmosphere

The hotel is strategically located and adjacent to the main highway, public transports are easily available at the hotel itself and also found many food junction within the vicinity

It's a good property to say near sgpgi lucknow good accommodation.

Hotel room was not cleaned on regular basis.

Routine cleaning is not done for the hotel rooms unless you are asked for it multiple times. Towel & washroom items were also not changed unless you asked for it. Lift lobby area and other areas are clean.

Very good service Could be much better by improvement

It is more over a lodge instead of Hotel.
