Hotel Kusum

now the hotel is the worst hotel ever. do not waste your money and money. I spent one night and couldn't sleep because of mosquitoes. The bathroom is like a public toilet.

Very bed behavior hotel staff and extra money charge & room not cleaning, bathroom is damag, water flow not properly not book the hotel

Nothing was proper except internet. 3rd floor - no lift. A/c not working. Food order comes in 3 hours to room and sometime didn't came. Towel provided you will not touch. Balcony door are not closing from inside. No tv channels.

Got the AC room at very affordable prices. Hotel is located at very good location. Its just near the highway. There is one restaurant at the ground floor. Food quality is not that good but you can find many shops nearby

Hotel is well located in city and very close to Railway station. Any moment of time you may get Auto for Hote. Rooms are with all facilities and much enough. Foods are really good like Home made. Staff are well behaved and soft-spoken in nature.

Excellent Hotel if you are looking for a medium budget family hotel. Excellent Hospitality, Staff is really Polite and Cooperative. Fantastic Room, Good Food, Prompt Service. In short Value for Money. Only Lift is an issue but if you are not so old you can enjoy a good exercise in this form too :) Also, Thanks to Makemytrip & Its staff. By mistake I booked the Hotel with a wrong date but when I realized and contacted Customer care, they cancelled my booking free of cost and advised me to do a fresh booking with a good discount offer as well :).

Clean room and ambience, good and hygienic food, very cooperative staff, staff cooperates beyond their limit to please visitors. The only negative point is absence of lift for 3rd floor room accommodation!

Very small space in the room, Bathroom is OK. Wall is damp condition. Very average food they are prepare and most of the day is common. Reception portion also not good. They are not served mineral water as per terms with MMT. Wi-Fi network is excellent. Overall good not bad based on price & location.

Hotel is nice. A bit expensive but overall it was ok. Happy with the service. Room service was quite good. Food in the restaurant was also good. Felt there were some bedbugs that has to be checked I am not sure but felt something in the night. That is a matter to be of good concern.

Lift not available, same food served & not tastey, space is less in & out the room compare to other hotel of any suit room. So I am not happy but it's OK based on your price at Bhilai. They also not aware to serve mineral water within this budget.

Sorry to inform you but I don't like the service provided by Hotel Kusum due to many reasons: 1. The manager was very rude and not cooperative at all. 2. In 3 days stay I was facing many problems like AC was not working, bathroom door was ridiculous and so on. 3. My friend in the same hotel has bitten by a bed bug. Even after complaining, they haven't sorted it out. 4. Fridge was not working so we are forced to buy bisleri bottle which was an unnecessary extra charge for us. Please I would be grateful if you look into this matter and do something in my favour.

One of the best hotel at Bhilai power house. Very good location. Cleanness of hotel is fantastic. Room service is good. Food really is hygienic. Behaviour of hotel staff is really very good. Room rent also cheap than other hotels.

Overall average looking hotel with no lift facilities and also the room prices shown on the site were much lesser than the actual price shown with discount. Overall, just an average looking hotel.

This hotel is very good with the price. Rooms are very clean and their services are good. The food is tasty, but little bit costly and only problem what I found was that it's vegetarian restaurant they do not serve non veg. But all other things are good, location is very good.

Value for money. Staff is friendly. For me the person sitting at reception are co-operative. Restaurant is also nice. I can recommend any person to be here if they are in Bhilai. All top floor rooms are well-maintained. Only problem is of there wifi and they should be having a lift. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't.

Stayed for 5 days. It's good stay at hotel, service is nice, but cot and beds have bugs. It irritated for one night and after informing the hotel staff the problem was solved. Room service and location of the hotel in Bhilai is very good. Food is also good. Overall it's best budget hotel in Bhilai.

Very strange behaviour and services, they refuse to give bills before checkout and try to cheat the customers, nearly snatching money after giving false inflated bills and stopping to the level of threatening the occupants. Reason being loss incurred by them on account of online booking by customer through online portal makemytrip in this case. Will never stay in this hotel or recommend anybody to stay in this hotel. I had a terrible experience. I would rate this as the worst hotel in Bhilai, shame on the otherwise a great city.
