Hotel Kutch Palace

The Hotel Staff was too polite and helpful even at our 2 a.m. check in. Must visit. Had a good experience.

Pathetic Service, Rude Staff behaviour and Unhygienic Rooms. There were Toilet stains all over the Bathroom. There were stains on Bed and a lot of hair. Had to struggle for 1 Hour just to get a water Bottle and one extra mattress. Don't fall for Breakfast terms. They will serve you only 1 Parantha at a cost of 200 INR. My Personal Suggestion: Don't book this Hotel at all. They can ruin your stay.

room and bathroom was good but there were some issues in our stay. 1. very poor breakfast. they just served 2 burnt paranthas 2. ⁠water clogging in one of the bathrooms 3. ⁠no restaurant in the hotel 4. ⁠washroom not very clean

Location - very good services and amenities - very good food - only one option of bf, since there's is no canteen/pantry with them they should not add food in their scheme.

Property is very good but staff does not have education for hospitality, drinking water was not good otherwise everything is above average all over experince is average

There was no hot water available initially. It required 1 hour to manage them to arrange hot water. There was no toliteries, towel provided. Next day morning breakfast served was literally cold. Tea was terrible. And cost was too high when comapred to service. Extremely required to improve the service.

The room was in a very bad condition. It was smelling very badly even the quilts were too dirty to use. After 10 at night no water was coming in the washroom. There was also some water leakage in the washroom. Will surely prescribe not to stay here. Worst experience.

people proving services are drunk... no coffee available for 2 hours.. cold breakfast like poha is served...

This hotel is located close to the airport. However it's away from city and no nearby shops or restaurants are available. Room, bed and linen are very clean. Rooms are spacious. Service is excellent by the receptionist Roshan and his colleagues. Hotel doesn't have a kitchen but they provide Tea coffee and meals as and when ordered. Overall service is excellent. Although it's a residential area, one side of the rooms have bad smells from outside. A budget friendly modest accommodation with prompt service 24 X7. Front desk incharge Roshan helped us to open our locks malfunctioning. 3 to 4 car parking spaces available. They have provided us transport for airport at a reasonable cost. .
