The hotel is very decent. Cleaning was properly done. The mattress was very Comfortable. Overall the stay was good.

It was a pathetic stay . Hotel staff was not cooperative. Our room was on third floor and lift was also not working. They even not provided us glass of water , tea bags, hot water kettel, shampoos. Door was not properly locking and bathroom door was autolocked one time. I asked staff to provide room service whenever water is required , they said you have to come to ground floor and fill the water bottles by yourself downsatairs from thirdfloor. Also I asked them to clean the room next day as my stay was for two days , they did not send any house keeping staff, I will not recommend this hotel for family.

Dirty room, no service available cheap place , disgusting hotel by rooms and service . Very small rooms and nothing in the room available like for shower n etc no lift working no pool working just they have room but room is also not upto the mark

The average rating is given on the basis of room condition. There was dampness in the room due to which it was smelling and also the bedding n room was not properly clean( no proper dusting). Location wise it is good at its place. Connectivity within city is good.

Well hotel was having a lot of foul smell and there were cleanliness issues Apart from that a/c was not working Neither they had any sort of ventilation

No cleanliness in the rooms. Bathroom lock broken.

Room was not proper clean as according to the pics show in the make my trip and in rooms are smelling.

We booked one family room here for 4 persons but only 3 beds were there and on requesting one extra matress they provided. But I would appreciate if these details are clearly mentioned in the room details section during booking. The hotel's ACs were not working and there were no windows in the room which can compensate and ease air circulation. On raising the complaint, the hotel staff told that it would take lot of days to fix the AC issues. When we asked for different room, we were told that no rooms are available and all ACs are malfunctioning. Instead of understanding the issue and trying to call the technician, the staffs told that they would cancel our booking once we initiate the same . We were unable to reach helpdesk as well as it was popping an error screen. Lot of other visitors started complaining as well that ACs weren't working. Also, during checkin the hotel didn't provide any dental kit even though it was mentioned in the hotel amenities details document. When we questioned about the same, we were told that they never provide those Thankfully one of the hotel manager was supportive enough to understand the AC problem and provided us a secondary accomodation in a different hotel. During our discussion we got to know that the hotel staffs were taking the AC problem very casually and even though they already were facing some issues a day back they didn't act on the problem soon enough by calling the technician. So in a nutshell, La Casa experience was not good but I appreciate one of the manager who helped us. The other staffs were not being kind enough.

very bad experience, they dont even know how to talk with Guest. very arrogant and mannerless just simply sit on chair like robot and Say no on every reply. there is no Negative marking . otherwise it is actulaly not even justify with 1 rating . not recomnded at all . room pic uploaded and there will be lots of positive review do not trust on positive review. they usually even dont send housekeeping staff to clean room . they need several reminders for even small things .. they dont know anythng ,, everythng need to be ask in d receptn fr bsic common thngs nd whch will be provifed after several reminders .. worst hotel ever went ...
