Worst hotel, worst room , worst staff, How can Make my trip team onboard that kind of hotel. There are something fishy in the deal.

The washroom was pathetic as the jet was not working and even in the room itself their is no towels available. The cattle was stinking but I gave 2 star only due to good behaviour of staff.

Hi sir. Vivek jain this side. I booked the room for 27-28th june and paid I am facing issues since check in. I reached out at reception but action has been taken place. 1. Fan regulator is not working 2. TV is not activated. 3. Wifi is not working in rooms. 4. One mobile charging socket is not working. Please refund the appropriate amount from the tarrif.

rooms is very dirty and smelly. need to work on rooms, premises is also very bad dirty. not recom =

untidy bedsheets, towels.. unresponsive staff.. only hotel where I found breakfast time as 8.30am.. the people opted for breakfast and want to leave early, have to waste their money.. staff not even able to provide sandwich and paratha by 8.30.. even MMT unable to help..

the photos are not real. The walls, couch, bedding etc all had stains. The bathroom door Knob was missing. The fan was broken. there were cracks in hotel property. it is pathetic stay. do no stay here

overpriced, bad smell in room.....very bad maintenance.....food was ok ok.....but stay was very terrible.

I recently stayed at LA Casa in Mussoorie, my stay was good and staff were courteous and helpful throughout my stay, food is reasonably good.

The hotel is cool, cozy and the scenic view is awesome. The food & tea are excellent. Services & amenities are great. The hotel's location is perfect. Thanks to all the staff.

Food is not Good and Kitchen Services are not up to the Mark. Property also not good Room Condition was not Good, Room was unclean. Location was good.

Great stay, great view. The location might look risky to reach, but it's close to many sights. The service was great, but the room could be a bit cleaner. Again, the views were amazinggggg

room condition was very bad... damage bed and sofa in the room. picture available is very different with actual picture. seepage problem inside the room, bed was broken and sofa needs repair.

Well, the accommodation required lots of renovation work for customer hygiene. Foods need to be more improvements which satisfy the quality benchmark. The reception is pleasant and also noted customers remarks for future stays. The latest picture of the rooms hotel should be available for booking sites and rates as per conditions of rooms are higher in comparison to other hotels rooms.

There was no tissue paper or soap inside the toilet. There was a foul smell coming from the rooms as well

The location of the property is peaceful but reaching there is very difficult and talk about the management is average and talk about the amenities they aren't even provide dry milk , tea etc themselves otherwise if you raise a concern and the cleanliness is bad there is hair on the bed sheet and used towel in the almirah.
