Hotel La Grace

Hotel was clean, convenient for travelling don't expect too much from this hotel, food they serve are poor

Poor reception, (Front office), poor WiFi. Room service is also poor. Everything is there but very slow response. Thanks.

Staff is too rude, they don’t know how to talk. Found glass pieces on washroom floor, got hurt. AC remote and landline were not working. Staff is not allowing parcels and sending back the delivery guys without informing us.

Hotel ws Very Good and Staff ws Very Polite and Helpful also Rooms wer very Clean and Decent overall worth the stay

it's a good environment there we stayed always in la grace. 5 time we stayed not felt anything bad

Location was nice but the photos didn't matched with the pics which are online .there were cockroaches in the room. no lights where there in the Hall way. . It was looking like we were the only one staying at the hotel. The hotels building was looking so old like it was going to fall in matters of minutes

Room looks premium but doesn't feel the same. While the amenities are good and location is very near to bus stop the furniture/bed, ambience, AC, Ventilation could have been much much better.

We had the morning breakfast at the property and it was good with decent options and live counter. As welcome drink we had got Kokum juice when we arrived at the stay. The swimming pool is good and very picturesque due to the backdrop of the bay view. The overall property is beautiful and the staff is very sweet and helpful.

The hotel is correct, the location is correct, there is no restaurant in the hotel, if you order food from outside then you have to go down to collect it, they do not allow any delivery boy to come up there🙂

Really poor service.... multiple times call customer care still issue not resolved related to Invoice copy

Very bad decision to stay this hotel ,I am unhappy ..

Tla grace hotel are very clean and the hotel staff are very friendly i am very impressed and when i will come next time i am definitely stay in this hotel Thank you
