No high of the hotel I feel

Actually I have reached Salem by 8 am but they didn't give me room though check In time 12 noon I have informed previous day regarding earlier check in and my check out will be on last day at 10 pm even though explaining everything they didn't give a room for check In and I have checked by 12 pm only I feel the staff are not cooperative with online booking they don't believe long booking I request make my trip to look in to issue and make your customers comfortable with Hotel Laila Palace stay.

Comfortable location .. Very friendly staff and helpful .. Room is spacious (Emerald). No restaurant facility. Only machine tea / coffee is available. No covered car parking. But staff take care of roadside parking. This property is OK for a short stay. Hotel staff may take care of better services.

Thanks to MakeMyTrip wallet and coupon, I got a sweet deal on the room. Everything was good except for 1. Their policy to allow smoking inside the room - despite the best room freshener, the odor was strong 2. Street parking for car in an already congested narrow lane
