Hotel Lake Palace

The stay was good. The rooms are big, neat and comfortable and the facilities are excellent. The interior furnishing is done on Arabic style. Staffs are friendly and service was prompt and good. The resort is good for people who prefer to stay away from city and spend the whole time there. Also good for small functions. I strongly don't recommend this resort to someone who wish to stay in Thiruvananthapuram, as it is located in an rural village away from City 25 km. The roads to this place is narrow and may take nearly 1 hour. Moreover, it is really difficult to reach the other tourist spots from here.

A nice place to stay if you want a cool and calm place and peace of mind, backward lake view was excellent, we were stay there for 3 days 2 night along with my family and happy with breakfast and food arrangements. Pool was small but you can spend good time to lake boating and other plays, they have good space for outdoor workout and children play area. Hotel staff was good and well behaved. Only cons that it is 20KM away from city center and either you need to have your cab or you can use Hotel Lake Palace fleet, which is good and nicely maintained and found reasonable.

The staff was very good especially one of the managers - Abilash. He was very friendly and advised us on how we could make the best of our holiday. The food in the restaurant was good - authentic Kerala food which we enjoyed. Rooms were good - a mosquito mat might be something the Hotel Lake Palace needs to provide. Also garbage (plastic packets/bottles) near the private lake beach needs to be cleaned up. Activities such as kayaking is good. Rooms are decent, however we did have to ask for towels which were not placed earlier. Housekeeping is friendly.

I am happy to choose this Hotel Lake Palace nearby the church where my daughter got married. Service provided was great by all staff. Requested for additional lights for the mirror for dressing up has been provided. During the breakfast on the first day asked for tea but not delivered on time but left without having it. Second day it has been taken care of immediately. Room was spacious and good. Location is great but reaching there bit of hassle. A boat service may be ideal from near to National Highway.

Room view was good and had a pleasant stay with family. But bath y fitting were too old and need to be changed. I got injury at my fingers during operating taps. Towel holder fell down while taking bath. Proper maintenance should be done at bathroom. Other than that rest of all OK.

Our stay at Lake Palace was one of the best memory, in fact this was my fifth time with family, they have a small kids park, a well maintained pool, food even if was not that good, but did justice to the money paid, and service as always was very good, staff were very polite and supportive.
The rooms were perfect, we were in the lake view room, which were spacious with a good view of the lake, nothing I can say which was bad in the room.

Excellent location. The lake view from the room is mesmerizing. You can experience the unexplored beauty of kadinamkulam lake and the union of Arabian sea just 5 km from the Hotel Lake Palace. The staff are very nice. Their gesture and hospitality is unbelievable. They made breakfast for us on the day of checkout so early in the morning as we were to catch early morning flight. It felt like home. Other amenities and services are also at par.

The front reception desk was wonderful and welcoming. All queries were answered with Professional standards. Taxi service of Hotel was on expensive side but the drivers were very courteous. All and all wonderful place to be and will surely recommended to family and friends.

Excellent service. Food has wide variety. Sea view is simply awesome. Very nice service. Staff is very polite n cooperative. Even the car drivers booked by the Hotel are so well behaved. Overall great experience. Would love to visit again

Stay was good, nice rooms, good Hotel Lake Palace staff, but at the time of check out additional amount was charged in the name of Hotel Lake Palace tax. Some 750 Rs additional. Despite of that stay was good, roomservice good, they have got a nice pool. Location is a little bit difficult to find .. Better to use google maps ...

Good Hotel but out City, very neat and clean spacious rooms with great view of back water, gives you a very peaceful feeling

It was a short and sudden planning to stay at Hotel Lake Palace lake palace. It was a wonderful experience to be there.

A good place for a weekend out. Location is just on the outskirts of city, a relatively small property with little isolation, but facing the beautiful lake with lawn and a small pool. Food was excellent and they have a elaborate complimentary breakfast buffet menu. But better to avoid fish preparations. Service was also good and fast.

Good Hotel Lake Palace .. Value for money .. Clean room .. Lake facing .. Ideal for people who want to have a wedding on the lake front .. Food was good. About 20 kms from domestic airport. Overall a truly relaxing experience.

We took the room with a bathtub and the place was very clean. Right from the time we checked in to check out, everything was great the place, food & service. Recommended to friends and family.

Small property on maybe around 1 acre land with less rooms but calm, peaceful location with lovely views. Room was small in size but well maintained and clean. Food was excellent and staff were very helpful. Free WiFi was a blessing in this remote location. The atmosphere was homely and my son made friends with other kids and played cricket which usually does not happen during short stays.
