Hotel Lake View

One of the bad hotel I ever stay.All the room are durty,not in the position to stay for single night.

Extremely disappointing experience. The washrooms were filthy and emitted a constant foul odor. The pillow covers were clearly used and hadn't been washed, and the bedsheets were torn-so much so that we even considered buying new ones for them out of pity. There's no parking facility, and the so- called breakfast was just a single paratha, served only after 10 AM. No room service phone was available, and the drinking water was stored in reused bottles, claimed to be RO-filled-but the condition of the RO system is questionable. Accessing the hotel requires climbing a steep path from the main road, which is too hectic if u are with kids.. Overall, this was the worst hotel experience I've had in Nainital

Room is soo dirty . service is bad and hotel is soo costly and staff is rudely behaviour I m not happy

The hotel was not very good and the room was also not clean, it was very dirty and there was a bad smell coming from the room and there was no lock in the washroom and water was dripping from above and I did not get the room I had booked, I was given another room, we do not have such a room

Pillow bed-sheet are dirty sofa dirty lot os dust room not clean washroom small balcony not clean very durty food are not good waste of money not worth it room or food

As I inform you Hotel is completely trrrible and not for family stay I trust on MakeMyTrip and booked hotel/flights etc without thinking but now I decided to not use as this not trusted now.I already inform them same time that we can not stay in Hotel

Staff bevihar very nice and room very good Leke view nice on tha hotel ....

My chek in time was 11 am but i reached at 8 am waiting area was very poor no washroom . Rooms are small but good thing is really a superb lake view.

Hotel cost jyada hai aur facility paisa kr hisab se nhi mili baki sb best hai

So bad, My first say of trip was terrible because of this hotel they gave us a bad room with a broken t.v and a smelly bathroom There was no dustbin in the bathroom,the curtains were broken, the bedsheets were smelly, torn and dirty and there were no sufficient light source,and there was no wifi and parking. They lied that they had a parking. The staff was also not good. They all were drunk. Very bad hotel and they also took ₹500 extra from us . And sorry to say that I booked a hotel online for the first time from MMT and it also showed that the hotel was good but it wasn't and somehow you are also responsible for my bad day. I am not going to book any hotel online from now onwards.

very bad, they deserbe negative star, nihayti badtamiz, poor servise, blood se gandi bedsheet, ganda toilet, toota hua room partition, ask for extra charge, mai wha ek chote bachhe ke sath single Lady ruki thi just because advance payment tha otherwise rukne ke layak bilkul nhi tha and online jin jin ne book kra tha sbke sath fraud kr rhe the and extra amount mang rhe the bekar room ke badle kam bekar room dene ke liye , meri ray me yha rukne se better dharamshala me ruko station pr reh lo 800 RS ke jitni bhi iski quality nhi hai so don't go for it

very worst experience u have taken more money as the hotel rate was less. pl check hotel and then show on ur site don't put such type of hotel on this site regarding cleanliness. this hotel need inspection. Horrible hotel

The experience was worst. Bathroom was very dirty. We didn't even take bath, didn't used toilet due to dirty and smelling condition. Blanket was smelling badly. During night it was very cold but we are unable to use the blanket. Hotel didn't provided even a bottle of bisleri.
