Hotel Lake View

The Hotel Lake View is located at the center of saputara opposite to lake. Hotel is very well maintained, spacious and quite big. A few things need to be improved which are must during rainy days, like a proper indoor play area - good table tennis tables, carom boards, cards playing, chess, striker and others. The family room number 3003 that we stayed is very good and comfortable for a family of 4 members. Packaged drinking water is provided in the room. Breakfast menu and taste is very good, lots of variety is served. Restaurant food is also very tasty, we have also ordered for dinner in the room. Wifi was not provided in the rooms and must be provided. It was working only at the reception. Parking security guards are well mannered and helpful. Staff is very friendly and prompt to serve your needs. All in all a very pleasant experience.

The Hotel Lake View is located at the extreme center and all the places " boating, museum, aquarium, rose garden" are at walkable distance. The Hotel Lake View is hygienically neat and clean, and the staff are very helpful, the services are quick, i did not ordered food from the Hotel Lake View however had breakfast which was nice. Bathroom had hot water through out the day. The only area that can be looked forward for improvement was on wifi connectivity, in Hotel Lake View room there is no network, rest a beautiful place to stay, the swimming pool was neat and clean and kids enjoyed alot, although water in pool was super cool.

Definitely very good choice we made. It's at prime spot, easy to reach, goof service, ambience, clean and good food too. Except for the part rates are exceptionally high. We had an emergency situation where out of 4 ppl only 2 could join however mm t had non refundable clause due to which we could not cancel our booking. Emergency can arise at any point and we should have option for refund, which i found very miserable. If we are charged so high price atleast this option should be available. And to the addition Hotel Lake View also didn't corporate us to avail additional meals that were booked for 3 person.

Stay was nice. Nice arrangement for food and also restaurant available. But no value for money. Needs to improve policy. Two policies are available for children. When you reach a Hotel Lake View, 5years policy and you book an e 12 year policy. They collect extra money based on this at reception. The reception person is also not clear about policy and their policy in Hotel Lake View booklet as well as same 12years but during at Hotel Lake View they ask 5 year policy and take extra money. Need to close this issue.

Hotel located just in front of saputara lake and almost all rooms are lake facing with excellent view. Enjoyed a lot during Hotel Lake View stay. Food was good but not upto the mark. Rooms are spacious with good hygiene and well maintained. Reception and room service lack some professional etiquette, required frequent reminders for small service. But overall experience was excellent. On the top weather played an excellent role in making over trip joyful, it was 15 august with drizzling rain with cool breeze.

Location is at the centre of town, food was good, staff was cooperative, but few issues. That was with hot water supply. I didn't get hot water in shower on 2nd day of my stay while on 1st day hot water supply was off n on. Shower working well with cold water but when i turned on hot water supply, it started dribbling. Other issue was with bed sheets, though looked good and clean, my family members got skin rashes later like some bugs bite

It was a pleasant stay. The location was awesome and the staff was decent and took all the care of the room and services needed to be provided. The only thing was the toaster at the time of breakfast was not working. These kinds of Hotel Lake Views should keep 3-4 toasters at services for customers but they don't have a single spare toaster. So otherwise everything was very fine and we are happy.

The food was delicious and I really enjoyed the atmosphere. I'll definitely be back. The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble.

Food amenities and service is very good a very good and nice experience to stay and roam here.

The room was comfortable and Hotel Lake View location was good its good for families had wonderful food would recommend if u are in groups

Hotel Lake view, one of the best stays I have experienced, right from location, room experience, service & last but not the least, food. Really enjoyed 2 nights stay. Certainly recommend. Thank you Hotel Lake View for such a wonderful experience 🙏

We have enjoyed a lot our stay in the Hotel Lake View. Rooms were neat and clean and staff were very supportive. Food too was excellent.

Indeed, it was a great stay, i must say from proper checking in at appropriate time to the best and as soon as possible fast service I had done the booking and got what expected the concept of family room was unique and safer too So okay then would plan again for sure✌️👋

Parking space is limited to compare the rooms. Staff not so co-operative. Food is good. Room size are quite specious.

Well furnished, clean rooms. Staff is cooperative. Location is nice, all rooms view is on lakeside. One problem experienced, there is no wifi facility in room. This is unexpected

Good rooms, good staff, nice emibience. Need little improvement in cleanliness. Overall good. Hygiene needs to be takecare of, extra beds really stink, food is good n reasonable, location is very good and near to market
