Hotel Lakeview

We stayed at this property for 4 days with family, including our 2-year-old, and had a wonderful experience. The lake-facing villa offered beautiful views, and the kids' play area kept our little one entertained. The rooms were clean and well maintained. Since the temperature in April ranges between 15–18°C, there's no fan or AC, but it wasn’t needed. The staff were polite and helpful throughout our stay. The restaurant serves good snacks, though the quality of the main course could be improved. We occasionally ordered from Swiggy/Zomato, and the Hotel Lakeview charges a reasonable ₹100 for handling parcel deliveries. Every morning, a local brings his horse to the property, offering short rides around the premises for ₹300—a highlight for our child. The location is very convenient, close to the main area and Ooty Lake. Overall, it was a pleasant and memorable stay.

Needs improvement. Overall, a good stay, but better dining options would make it excellent!

The property and stay were awesome.. It was really refreshing.. The only issue I had was, they didn't provide us plates when asked for. If it's for outside food, then we can understand.. We needed it for having fruits. That was one awkward moment I had with the Hotel Lakeview after opting for their most expensive villa.. Not everything is about money, it's about the service.

Very good stay. Calm and peaceful. Neat. Cozy. Thoroughly enjoyed except the restaurant. Though food is good, too much waiting and effort is needed to get the food on table . Too unprofessional. Altogether we have enjoyed . We will come again to the same place . But we may not prefer the restaurant

The location is good as it is in the city but still away from the hustle and bustle. Lots of open spaces and huge play area and garden for kids to enjoy. Food too is good. Views at both ends of the property are also good.
