No Food at property, worst washroom maintained with poor hygiene. Un authorized entry suspected.

There are no facilities available in this hotel, Breakfast is very bad, blankets are dirty…..........

First, they asked me to pay extra after reaching the hotel. And i did not had other option but to pay, as other hotels were full. Second, rooms are not proper, dirty bed sheet, urine on toilet sheet, mosquitos. Worst thing, i was just looking out side window in morning and saw the dirt passing out of pipe in open, ruined my entire day.

Hospitality was good, but there was no lift, clean beds and washroom was clean too, overall great experience.

Hotel locality is superb. best in lakhisarai. .

After the stay, it is very bad to be asked by the staff to come again and again to change the room
