All other Hotel Landfalls and resorts are too far and have unconditionally roads except this one. Verynear to ross and smith. Food was normal but costly (can manage more near by small Hotel Landfalls). Other than that it's fully satisfactory.

The Hotel is very close to the jetty where you will be taking a boat to ross and smith Islands. So it's located ideally. You won't have to travel again in the morning to get into that boat)

Rooms were good and the Hotel is very near to aerial Bay. Hence, visiting ross and smith Islands becomes really easy due to its location. Staffs are also helpful.
