it was good, rooms are clean and staff are good. Nice stay and within budget and quality of breakfast was good. Good for limited budget

The property looks nondescript from outside but once you enter it is quite good. There is no restaurant but the food served from their group hotel next door is very good and the rates are reasonable. The staff are courteous. Overall we had a good experience

Not worth the price. There’s no parking space. Have to pay for the parking. Seapage wall. Very ordinary breakfast

There was no elevator, had to carry our luggage by stairs. Had to leave ery morning at 5. 30, did not have hot water to take shower. Overall not worth the money pin for.

The stay the hotel and services was good it’s one of the cleanliest room i have experienced. While the receptionist was very rude she don’t know how to handle customers. She was waiting for a chance to earn from the customers she didn’t even let us talk to the owner on some matter so that she could make money for herself. Overall good hotel but not so good receptionist.

Find out property location is very difficult and presentation of breakfast was not good like mango sake was served through plastics water bottle variety of breakfast also not much, breakfast menu for 7th may focus was on south indian breakfast was another building trace and as per shown in your photo

The hotel was at prime location, near cst. Very clean and comfortable rooms with good breakfast. Staffs were very kind and friendly.

This property is very close to major sightseeing spots in mumbai and that being the only plus, they were rats inside the ac ducts in the room where we stayed and it was making sounds all night in the upper ceiling, not inside the room ofcourse, it questions the hygienity of place seriously. Food was great for the breakfast. Overall average!

No words to describe the peace, complete service and amenities provided. It was truly refreshing at the room after the hustle and bustle after the mumbai traffic

The only best thing about hotel landmark annex e is its location. It is centrally located with major sightseeing places like gateway of india, marine drive, etc. Nearby. The room is fine and the food is good. The buffet breakfast though good quality wise, lacks variety and presentation. It's a small property with constrained spaces, corridors and stairs. Even the reception area is so small that even two guests can't sit there properly. There are no elevators and common spaces. The staff is also not so professional; seems confused at times. Cleanliness is lacking as i spot dust accumulated on lights, fittings and fixtures, we even spotted a small cockroach at night on the bed. Also, there were cobwebs on the window grills. Considering all this, the price of plus/night is totally unreasonable. It is not recommended for family stays. I would prefer to stay in another better property on my future visit to mumbai.

Hotel is ok, rooms are clean but not economical for this price range though. You won't get any mobile network here. And the internet that hotel provides os extremely bad. It would make look even 2g faster. Stay here of you want to get cut off from the world. Breakfast is super good though
