Hotel Landmark Annexe

I stayed here on 11. 10. 2017 for 02 nights. This one, and the Hotel Landmark Fort nearby, are owned and managed by the same owner. I have stayed many times in Landmark Fort, and this was 01st stay with Landmark Annex, so comparison between the 02 is obvious. Landmark Annex is expensive as compared to Landmark Fort, and the rooms are bigger than Landmark Fort. The room size is the only criteria because of which they have priced it more, I believe. But the Landmark Fort has around 50 rooms, whereas this one Landmark Annex has only 10 or 11. And Landmark Fort has an elevator so you dont need to climb the stairs, which you have to in the Landmark Annex. In Landmark Fort, breakfast dining area is bigger and the choice of breakfast is more variety than the Landmark Annex. Rest almost everything like Wi-Fi, service, cleanliness, etc is at par, and worth giving points. For both Hotel Landmark Annexes. Both these Hotels dont have in house restaurant, but they serve food from a kitchen which is not far, because the food ordered is served in time. The food quality is great. One must try. Full marks on service and cleanliness too.

Location of the Hotel Landmark Annexe is very close to CST railway station and GPO. Very convenient if you have work in Fort/Ballard estate area or want to use local train service for your work. Food and service is average. But there are many restaurants available near by where you can have good food. Hotel staff is very humble and cooperative. But looking into price, I don't think it is a value for money. For business travel it is most suitable. If you are travelling with family than you may not find fun.

Situated in the heart of the fort area, it is walking distance to the gateway of india and CST, good bus connectivity to churchgate station helps you save up on travel to north, bandra, dadar, andheri are within 30 mins and you don't have to shell out 300 bucks every time you think of going to north Bombay. The rooms are great and facilities are good, rooms are small but with a cozy feel and is value for money. For once, I found the real thing much better than advertised in the pictures. Must stay. :)

Stayed here for 2 days. Very well located Hotel Landmark Annexe. They only have a kitchen to cook breakfast but for lunch/dinner they get it from an adjacent restaurant or the their other Hotel (I Am not sure), the food was very good. The Hotel is clean and staff is very friendly and courteous. Only drawback was I had network issue with my phone due to some reason whenever I was in the room. Would definitely stay here if I have to stay in Colaba area.

Hotel location is very good, gateway of India, Taj Hotel Landmark Annexe colaba, Manish market is very near from Hotel Landmark Annexe, Hotel is very good, all necessary facility in Hotel Landmark Annexe, staff is also good but night front desk is not good in this field need to improvement he has no manners how to talk in front of ladies but Hotel Landmark Annexe is very good so I recommend to visitor

The front desk manager guided me to reach Hotel Landmark Annexe and very supportive. The staff are very good and provided good service, the location of the Hotel Landmark Annexe is good center and near to CST station. Surrounding area is good many restaurants and other shops are available. Good complimentary break fast served during the stay, but rate paid by me Rs. 4880/- per night is high rate

To start with, the Hotel Landmark Annexe was close to Cst railway station, 5 mins walking distance. The room was spacious enough, clean and smelled nice. Couple friendly, well furnished, staff were friendly, hassle free stay. Food was bit costly, tasted fine, quality was good. So overall, the Hotel Landmark Annexe was excellent and obviously going to stay again!

Considering the prime location the Hotel Landmark Annexe is quite reasonable, the staff is helpful and courteous, Parking is a slight issue but is manageable .. Foods decent too .. The staff allows a relaxation in checkout if need arises .. Overall a pleasant experience for some one travelling on business and needs good connectivity with value

Quiet a regular at this Hotel Landmark Annexe. Good stay. Would recommend a stay in this Hotel Landmark Annexe.

Business travel, good location and easy access to near by places at Mumbai.

It was an amazing experience for us . The room was so clean . Bed was so comfortable . Bathroom was superb . Amenities provided were very good and sufficient . But it was bit costly . Breakfast was very tasty . I liked each and every dish served. Overall superb.

Stayed for 3 days. Excellent front desk, service and food. Highly recommend for families and couples.

Place was located at very posh and tourist friendly location. It was my first trip to Mumbai and this Hotel Landmark Annexe helped in making it memorable. The staff was helpful, the breakfast was well laid. The room smelled of smoke when I got it but I opened the much sought after window to my relief.

The room was very well maintained and smelled fresh. Sufficient amenities were provided. The Hotel Landmark Annexe's also nearby from the Colaba market and marine drive.

The Hotel location is very nice. Hotel is decently clean and nice. Breakfast are is too small and congested. The service is very slow.

Location from our business point of view was suitable. Moreover Hotel Landmark Annexe was very good and reasonable price properly maintained and clean, though from outside appears to be ordinary. Room was good and services also very good.

Everything was good. I only faced problem while watching TV. Abnormal sound was coming. Nice staff, good food and excellent service.
