Hotel Lara India

Hotel us very near to Kashi Viswanath temple and Harathi ghat. Centrally located for shopping at leisure time. Hotel staff particularly floor manager is very active in attending the customers. Toilets are clean and dry. Bed sheets are changed and room cleaning is done every-day without any follow-up. Movement from Hotel Lara India to market is very convenient. Since Temple is very nearby, visiting temple in early morning hours and late hours and for food at Kashi Annapurnnamma Annadan is very convenient. Hotel management is courteous. Security for keeping valuables in the room while going out is OK. And no need to afraid. Room size very small and tight. The cup-boards doors are cracked but no care taken to make them all right. The fan is not running in slow speed, since this is winter. It is running only in 4 & 5 speed. The elec switch boards are very old, but working. No vehice, either taxi/auto cannot go up-to Hotel Lara India since the entry for vehicles is restricted. We have move the luggage personally. On vacation of Hotel Lara India, the management is not allowing even for 2-3 hours stay after the cut off time 12-00 Noon, though the room is not booked for next occupant, since our flight is in the evening. But they provided the facility of keeping the luggage at the reception for 2-3 hours. We can say tat the stay is comfortable. S Satyanarayana & S V Narasamma

We are happy to find that the Hotel Lara India is exactly like the way it is shown in make my trip website! May be even better with new wall paintings now !! We had a comfortable stay at the Hotel Lara India. The rooms are neat and clean. Particularly the bathroom fittings are of good quality. The Hotel Lara India has restaurant and the service is good. Food preparation is good. They provided us hot water early morning 1 a. M and on the other days as well which helped us to take Bath before the Darshana of the lord. Lift facility helped our aged parents. Wi-fi is good. The reception staff are courtious. One point I would like to bring to their notice is that the room lighting is not adequate for Reading or preparing notes. We need more bright light in rooms. The TV set up box is not set for South Indian channels like etv, Gemini. This could be a bit disappointing for South Indians like us.

Hotel Lara India is situated on the main road leading to the Dashashwamedh Ghat in Varanasi where the Ganga Aarti is held daily. In addition, the Hotel is located about 150-200 metres from the entrance of the Kashi Vishwanath Temple. The staff at the Hotel Lara India are very helpful and cordial. They are always smiling and are ready to offer any assistance. The positives of this Hotel Lara India are 1. Very clean rooms and toilets. 2. Pleasing ambience in the rooms, clean sheets and matched decor. 3. A multi-cuisine restaurant is situated within the Hotel Lara India itself. 4. AC is very effective 5. Good room service. The few negatives are: 1. Lift starts from the first floor, ie the reception and not the ground floor 2. Breakfast could have been more tasty 3. No hot water facility in the room, hot water is provided in buckets.

The property is located in the heart of the city, about 2 min walk from the gate of the main temple - Kashi Vishwanath Mandir, and nearly 5 min walk from the nearest bank of the Ganga - Dashashwamedh Ghat. The AC deluxe room provided was nice and clean. The attached bathroom was nice and spacious. The staff were very cooperative and the room was serviced all the 3 days we stayed. The vegetarian dinner as well as the breakfast were quite reasonable and deliciously cooked. Overall, the Hotel Lara India offered a pleasant and comfortable stay at a very affordable price.

Hotel Lara India is really a very good Hotel at Varanasi. With a great location, for which it will get 100? Mark. Kashi Vishwanath Temple and Disarmed Ghat where the famous Aarti takes place every Evening... Is just a 5min walk from the Hotel. Rooms are quite good, though not very spacious. , compared to money. Illumination in the rooms should be increased, few lights in the room gets switched off, while closing the door... Which is very pathetic. Restaurant is quite Good... But its completely Veg.

I am extremely happy with my experience during my stay in this Hotel Lara India. The location was perfect for a religious place like this. Just 400 metres away from the Kashi Vishwanath Temple and various ghats. The staff were extremely helpful. Management was very polite and throws a smile always. The food in the restaurant was very delicious. Cleanliness can improve... Overall Lara India is worth for the money you spend.

Stayed in the Hotel Lara India, Delux room double bed for three days. Room interior is very good but cupboard needs repairing. Hot water is available for washroom up to 11 hrs. In house restaurant is very good located at ground floor. The preparation of food items can be customized according to one's taste. The Manager at Reception is very helpful and Rabindra Rai in the restaurants is quite extraordinary in service.

It was my first trip to holy land Varanasi. Location of the Hotel Lara India is just 500mts from main temple, from temple to ghat is about 800 mts. Vehicle cannot reach Hotel Lara India and will drop just about 400 meters before Hotel Lara India. Staff of Hotel Lara India very helpful while checking out and to transport luggages. Hotel restaurant is good and tasty overall good Hotel Lara India to stay.

The facilities provided by the Hotel Lara India is good. All of my visiting places are nearby to this Hotel Lara India as it is center for all. Even though I was new to Varanasi the management communicated me in prior by enquiring about my travelling status which is good.

We stayed here for 1 night. Good comfortable stay. Good staff. Near to temple.

Location is very near to Godulia crossing and also to Viswanath temple also above the market. Very neat and clean. Veg restaurant is also attached to reception .. Overall good experience and value for money.

Hotel is located at prime location walk-able distance main-ghat and main temple. Hotel is well maintained however it is located on first floor on wards with lift facility available from first floor. Staff at the Hotel Lara India are professional. Enjoyed my stay.

We prefer this Hotel for its location as it is closer to Vishwanath temple's gate number 1 and is also about 10 minutes away from Daswasamedh ghat. Rooms are bit small but okay for couple of days. Desk staff needs to be bit friendly otherwise service staff are mostly very friendly and helpful.

Hotel staff are active and give good facilities, if you are tired and want to relax with your friend or family then you have best choice as Hotel Lara India. It is safe, clean and having good facilities.

First of all I want to say that it is Value for money, staff was nice and co-operative, room was clean location is good just few step away from the ganga ghat, enjoyed the service and facilities of the Hotel Lara India.

Lara India is the best Hotel Lara India near Kasi Vishwnath temple at Godwlia and Dashwamedh ghat. Well decor rooms, good staff and the essence of aroma restaurant are the feathers on the LARA which makes you feel the pleasure.

The location is good but in looks, it is very ordinary. The lift facility starts from the first floor which may cause trouble to the old people. The Indian food was alright but in case of Chinese, I did not like the taste. The service was satisfying. The WiFi facility did not support.
