Property's Outlook was impressive But the rooms were not up to the satisfaction level. Washroom dirty, Bitt ok

1. The location of the property was good. 2. Food was pathetic. This hotel doesn't have its own restaurant. Only a few items were available. The taste of the food was pathetic. I had ordered Mashroom but they served paneer which I didn't eat. Even they didn't change the item which I ordered. 3. Amenities were not sufficient. They didn't provide shaving and dental kits. 4. Service was not up to mark. They took a long time while checking in. Their approach seemed to be very unprofessional. Those who have stayed in Imperial Heights, Vaishnavi & any hotel of that rank, I will not suggest them to stay here. You may get disappointed.

Rooms were fine, but they didn’t even provide a hot water electric kettle and they said they don’t provide it in standard rooms. Also they said you can only order on item in the breakfast for one individual, i’ve been to many hotels, some cheaper some expensive, but none of them had this condition with the breakfast and electric kettle, i felt my breakfast add on money got wasted as i could have simply paid the amount to have a good lunch somewhere else.
