Hotel staff were very polite though out the stay. Booked a non AC double room here for night stay and it was okay. We were given two cots in the room one 5x6 Cot and a single cot. Geyser is big enough to provide hot water for a family of 4 adults + child. No TV in the room though it is shown in facilities while booking. Since our stay is for over night during Vijayalakshmi festival, we were not disappointed.

No food service at present. We would like to have at-least tea or coffee service in the room
Good and comfortable accommodation. Quite clean and got good hot water for bath. It was a nice and enjoyable stay Hotel Laxmi Nivas can plan to introduce room service for tea or coffee as elderly people like us need some hot drink in the morning which is not available now.

Geyser was not working as the main switch is controlled by Hotel Laxmi Nivas staff. They forgot to switch on and we faced issue at 5:30 am and finally had bath with cold water. Tried to reach the staff in mobile as well as landline contact number but no response as all were sleeping. Excluding this event we liked the stay in the Hotel Laxmi Nivas.

Can't be better than this in that area. Around 500 meters from temple and 1 and half kilometer to basara godavari pushkar ghat. Maintenance is good. Staff are helpful and responsive all the time. For food either we have to go near the temple or near the basara railway station.

I read the reviews before opting for this and my experience is similar. This one is newly constructed and is good ambience but poor housekeeping. No towels, toiletries etc. Accommodation wise, it is good but they need to improve housekeeping facilities.

Service is very good the staff are very calm and giving answer to customer in a polite way.
Rooms are good and their maintenance is also good. I didn't spend much time in room but this lodge was excellent. Service is very good and quick

Nothing worth mentioning. Followed possible basic needs. Mask, satitiser, things not in control is cramped lift space can do better by temperature check, providing sheet for customer to fill details on check-in rather than register

Place is 5 min walk from temple. Rooms are maintained clean. Hot water is available and staff is friendly. There are no food options around basara after 7. 30. There was one mess opposite to this lodge but the food was terrible.
