Don't stay here. Room has mosquitoes. No hot water in the morning. After checking with them, it took more than 30 minutes for hot water. AC wasn't good enough and you don't have any controls - it's all centralized and you need to call them to adjust temperature. Very poor quality, expensive for what they offer

Overall stay was good. But, surprised to note that the hotel has different policy for booking and direct booking with the hotel. As we attended a wedding, we had to literally beg for an hour late check out and got reminder calls after 12 noon to check out.

Laya is a cozy little hotel. Great service. Clean rooms. Excellent vegetarian breakfast. One issue is, they provide only one complimentery bottle of water per room per day. Additional bottles are chargeable. Overall experience was very good. Less than 1 km from railway station
