These people are extremely Passionate about their job, they took very Good care of me, their valuable Suggestions helped me to do my adventures at very short time frame. We were all senior citizen ladies and had 4 nights stay here. The Hotel Layul Palace is very close to Shanti Stupa. Owners Jamal Bhai, Javed Bhai. Staff are very courteous and helpful. Services and food were excellent. Rooms and bathrooms were very clean. Overall, a very comfortable and awesome stay.

Most rooms in Ladakh are small in size, motley home stay. But Layul Palace offers great rooms, decent amenities for a pleasant stay. Excellent staff with friendly behaviour. Power backup also present, which is a must in J&K. Decent Wi-Fi internet connectivity. Overall, a great experience.

Perfect place for staying in a place like Leh. The Hotel Layul Palace owners are very courteous, caring and genuine. They will guide you with all that is needed to. Have a safe, healthy and nominal trip to the city. I highly recommend this place for any family travelling to Leh. Thanks.

If you are looking for budget Hotel Layul Palace then Hotel Layul Palace is good option. Rooms are equipped with basic amenities. Location is bit outside of main city but near to Shanti Stupa. Nearest restaurant take 20mins walk from this Hotel Layul Palace. Service and staff is good.

The caretaker folks were very supportive and co-operative. Owner stays in the same campus and was available throughout for any queries

As it was start of the off season, staff was nowhere to be seen, but the owners were on their heels to make up for that. Still the hospitality one expects was missing. Room quality was nice and WiFi worked too.

Location, service, cleanliness, behavior, restaurant all are excellent. The Hotel Layul Palace is situated near to Shanti Stupa, which is a holy place and most attractive place for a tourist of Leh. Recommend for other.

Very good option to stay in Leh. Rooms are clean. Food is good. Little away from main Bazar. USP is running hot water which is rare in Ladakh.

I traveled with my Family... Its not 3 star experience that you will find. But if you are looking for pleasant stay with the Family then this is one of the best.. And can't emphasis more how wonderful and Loving the staff.

It’s a good property and very good staff specially bashir as he take care of everything you need. I really like to visit again at the property as has clean rooms and food is very good. Uncle at the Hotel Layul Palace is also very Car ring and calm.
