hotel is is under renovation and too much smell room is under renovation and too much smell

No communication between staff and room service. There is no parking place. Reception in the basement with bad smell in rainy season. Poor turn out of hotel staff. Night distrarbance.

Kindly remove it from the make my trip. 1. No telephone in the room to contact reception 2. I have booked a double bed room but when we reached there, they charged 500 extra and said that we have only deluxe rooms 3. No proper air conditioner. They fixed at 26 degrees and we could not sleep on the bed. Finally we slept on the floor under the fan. 4. Didn't provide hand wash in bathroom 5. The mattress very low quality and we literally got back pain so this is also one the reasons to sleep on the floor 6. No proper response to customers 7. Coffee is worst

Fan was not working all furniture has termite.

Bedsheets, blankets and pillow covers also should be properly cleaned

I've been staying at this Hotel since several years. It's become quite isolated now with very few guests. This is mainly due to non maintenance and no attention to service. The lights don't work properly. The room is not cleaned daily. The reason I stay here is due to good location (from my work perspective)

Location of the Hotel is very good, near the Railway Station and Bus Stop and just on the main road. Rooms are spacious, good and clean bathrooms with all essential toiletries. Room service was good. Food items were really very tasty. Breakfast provided in the morning was very good. The staff was polite, helpful and very courteous, particularly Mr. Negi and Mr. Gajendra were really very helpful and provided all the rooms on the same floor and very close to each other. I think they should also provide mirror in the room, which is generally provided in all the hotels. Overall, I can say that my stay was excellent because of the location of the hotel, service and helping attitude of the staff. I would definitely recommend for this hotel to stay and I will also stay again as and when I will visit Haridwar.

Rooms are bigger but facilities are very poor. Make my trip must what facilities told, should be actually provided. No in house kitchen. For combine breakfast and dinner in-house kitchen should be provide.

Dirty un managed rooms. Only one person available for entire hotel. No maintanace, no staff, sepages everywhere, smelly rooms, hotel was not cleaned from ages

It was good staying there, cleanliness is very good although food was okay. Nearby places are good too. Service is good initially but later became a bit late. Staff behaved very well. Enjoyed the place

This is a good hotel located on main road, ranipur mod. The staff is good. The room is clean and tidy. We have not faced any inconvinience there. The convance is easily available for railway station and busstand.
