Hotel Le Grande Residency

I had taken this Hotel Le Grande Residency for business purpose. So for me particularly this Hotel Le Grande Residency was walkable distance to my workplace (big plus. Regarding stay, 1)check in process was very fast. 2) Hotel Le Grande Residency room is spacious enough and interiors are well organised. 3) all the toiletries were available. 4) bed, sofa chair, office desk were also upto the mark. 5) tv was working. 6) food is good, one can go for it, also complimentary breakfast is really worth it. 7) Hotel Le Grande Residency staff is courteous. Only this that concerned me is maintenance. 1) tv remote was cracked but working 2) shower had corroded badly but working 3) curtain raiser was not working 4) bottom part of room mirror was had developed permanent black marks. 5) due to heavy rains, Hotel Le Grande Residency entrance gets water clogged due to which it’s not possible to walk out from exit gate. #roomno:104

The location was very convenient as it's right on the main road. They have their own restaurant called the spice zone which serves great breakfast and other meals (mostly punjabi and chines e food. The staff here too is very courteous and polite. Room service is quick. Anything you want, you get it in couple of mins. The quality of the toiletries could be one notch up but that didn't hamper the wonder stay at this Hotel Le Grande Residency.
Although i was screened for temperature intitially, the check should have been conducted every day and every time i enter the Hotel Le Grande Residency from outside. When i entered the Hotel Le Grande Residency my baggage was not sanitized although all the self sanitization assembly is in place. But overall a decent safety protocol is followed by the staff who are seen in face masks, gloves and protective shield always.

We booked the suite room for the three of us and it was nice and comfortable! the service was good. The restaurant serves good veg food round the clock. Some things which did not work for us were (1) they did not allow us extended checkout timing, despite the room being available (2) we had to book another room for about 6 hours and they charged us for the full day (3) refrigerator was not working and they did nit replace (4) frequent power fluctuations (5) the extra bed provided was in bad shape and uncomfortable. Overall, a decent Hotel Le Grande Residency for a night's stay as the location is central to the city.

We 2 seniors stayed in this Hotel Le Grande Residency for 2 days. Fast an smooth checkout process. Clean room, bathroom and towels. Our room was towards the busy road and sleep quality wasn’t good. But next day our room was immediately changed. Room device was fast. Some minor problems about AC, TV were solved promptly. Breakfast has 8-10 options. Along with South Indian menu I would have loved some local Gujrati options. Staff is very attentive and supportive. Only thing is they never smile 😊. They have a multi cuisine vegetarian Restaurent attached.

Complementary tea coffee with a electric kettle was positive feature but the cups kept were having traces of milk powder from previous use, not cleaned properly. Key holder switch was malfunctioning, they inserted a visiting card to make it work but that had it's own failures that needed realignment in order to keep lights on. Staff was very helpful, right from reception guy to the room service people, they were always helpful and i liked that as it nullified my bad experience from other issues.

Absolutely outstanding Hotel Le Grande Residency perfectly located. Helpful, friendly staff who go above and beyond to make sure you have the best time. It was my birthday during our stay, which we had not mentioned, but they obviously saw that at the check in. It was a lovely suprise when they left a bottle of champagne in the room! also an excellent breakfast buffet. We will definitely come back and i would highly recommend this Hotel Le Grande Residency.

The stay at Le Grande Residecy was for 1 night only. They provided complimentary upgrades & also allowed late checkout. Also, the staff is courteous & always ready to help. Full marks on that front to the Hotel Le Grande Residency. Only downside was breakfast. They had decent options in breakfast, but food was a little cold & also not such great taste.

Hotel is good, located in the centre of City , easy access to commercial zone and very near to the beautiful river view point , food was very tasty and dinning area was pleasant. though room size and interior facilities was average as per the price I paid. over all was it was good. prices was comparatively high as per the room facilities.

All precautions are taken very well. Sanitizer always available.

Location is also good, it's close to city area

We went for a short trip. Reached Hotel Le Grande Residency at noon. Served welcome drink. Nice cozy room. Ordered lunch. Promptly served. All the items were tasty not so spicy. Afternoon tea was also good. Staff as well as front desk persons were also cooperative and well-behaved. Would like to stay in our future visits.

The Hotel room were a little small and the bathroom was also small and a little smelly. The restaurant was good and food quality was ok. The reception staff was well behaved. Overall had a very good experience.
