Hotel Lecston @Yashobhoomi Dwarka Sector 25 metro station

Presently there was no such hotel exists, it was already closed by the management & we lost the entire booking fund. Hope Make my Trip will refund the fund soon.Now this hotel not exists, friends don’t book this one. Make my Trip has to ensure whether the hotel exists or not. It was an horrible experience.

Basic facility is not available like hot water and check in write time. Also, bathroom facility is worse. They are giving wrong reply. Drinking water is not available

Hotel lecston does not exist in actual. They made us stay near by hotel. No drinking water, no proper breakfast. It is actually a misrepresentation causing lots of safety issues. We must book a customer case on makemytrip for such negligence

it was really pathetic experience; firstly the hotel has allotted my reserved room to somebody else and they have given me worst option 6 kms away which was hugely disappointing. the offered facility was not having basic facilities like hot water, tv and so many other things… its really a shame. please avoid this as much as possible..

Poor food. Smelling rooms. Sleeping reception. No water. Ask three times breakfast. For extension of stay double charges demanded

You can walk to the hotel from metro station without luggage. Very limited food options nearby. Clean and spacious rooms but bathroom fittings are due for maintenance. Overall it is value for money considering budget and location.

The property direction was wrong & didn't receive call for a long time. I received a call & another property location after booking a different hotel room. Please refund my full amount with taxi fare 1000- it was a mental harassment at midnight 01:00 am

Rooms are bigger. 24hrs hot water. Location slightly inside. Serice is to good. My adhar card forgotten in hotel. He is sending back to me.

Very bad experience

They don't have manners how to talk with clients and they all are money minded. Everytime they are asking for the money i don't know the name who sits on the desk in the night but he is very unprofessional guy.
