Hotel lemonade

Good hotel, good response, neat and clean, food also arrangement in hotel

First of all it was a lodge n not a hotel. If u rate it as hotel there must be basic amenities and you have given it a three start pls state what’s the expectation of a 3 star hotel ? there was no mini fridge nor intercom no restaurant no good linen shabbily maintained and most imp place to commute to this place was inconvenient

Very very bad experience! not recommended at all! highly unsafe for family. No proper or at-least decent reception or receptionist. Rooms are different from the pictures provided. A/c was not working. Raised a complaint to receptionist guy, he was drunk and not responded at all. Put his mobile on flight mode and locked inside the reception. We broke and woke him up for any help and he is unconscious and irresponsible. Entire night we couldn't sleep and my 10 months old kid was kept crying due to room heat. Same time a couple reached for check in and nobody responded to them as well. We together planned to raise complaint since booked the room for only night stay and early morning, i have to attend a house warming function so left without any serious action. We arranged a room left opened in ground floor for them. Even called and raised the concerns, they also unable to reach the hotel contact persons. Initially when i raise a complaint about the extra 3rd bed which was provided in the room picture, the contact person responded rudely.

Too expensive and not worth for the amount, i paid 2250 per night, rooms is also not ok. Bathroom is too dirty with the door is very untidy.
