Hotel Lilac

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Lilac lilac and i can say about the fantastic experience i had, primarily thanks to the incredible staff. From the moment i checked in, i was greeted with warm smiles and a genuine willingness to make my stay comfortable. The staff members at lilian go above and beyond to ensure every guest feels welcome and valued. The reception team was exceptionally efficient and accommodating. They answered all my queries, provided helpful local recommendations, and made check-in a breeze. The housekeeping staff did a phenomenal job maintaining the cleanliness of my room throughout my stay. It was always spotless and well-stocked with amenities what sets lilac apart is not just the beautiful decor or comfortable rooms but the dedication of its staff to ensure every guest has a memorable stay. I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to the entire team at Hotel Lilac for their exceptional hospitality. It's rare to find a Hotel Lilac where the staff's genuine care for guests shines through in every interaction. Thank you, Hotel Lilac liliac, for making my visit good enough.

Pros: convenient location near the railway station, good clean rooms, we got upgraded to a next category room for free, confortable beds. Cons: bad musty smell at reception area, no bathing soap in the bathroom, breakfast not included which makes it an expensive stay. Also, 1 staff member was extremely rude. We had checked into our room in the morning and then went out to explore. Upon returning in the evening we were going towards the elevator and this one guy insisted rather rudely that we talk to reception desk and can't simply retire into our rooms. He could have been polite if he had his doubts as to whether we were Hotel Lilac guests or not. But instead he chose to be uncouth and ruined our evening.

Excellent in all respects. I with my family stayed on 8th may'23 in a premier room of lilac. Very near from kota railway station, rooms are very good with all desired amenities. Though room allotted initially was having some problems, but it was changed immediately on our request. All staffs were suave and very polite. Restaurant, food quality & taste, though veg, were simply marvellous. Complementary breakfast was not only luscious and bountiful but containing almost all veg items one could imagine. In a nutshell, it's a value for money deal. Highly recommended for comfortable stay.

Stayed at this Hotel Lilac for the second time after staying once before the pandemic. This is one of the nicer places to stay in kota. The guards who help with the parking are really proactive and helpful. Shashikant at the front desk was really helpful in providing us a twin room preferred by our parents. And hanuman who served us at the restaurant was amazing in his smiling service. They can become even better with some further improvements in their housekeeping. Will happily return to the lilac whenever in kota again

I visited with my family, this place is simply awesome. Complete value for money. Rooms are very comfortable and clean, all facilities are available. Not a single issue in check in and the best part of hospitality business, staff was very awesome, supportive and service were super quick. Even at early morning hours(5am) i got the smooth check out process and staff support. Surely will visit again and stay here if got a chance to visit kota again. Thanks a lot!

The trip was memorable. Stay at the Hotel Lilac was very comfortable. Originally we had planned to shift to another Hotel Lilac near the marriage venue. But my family insisted that stay here is very comfortable, breakfast is very delicious, staff is very helpful and the atmosphere or rather ambience in the Hotel Lilac was very good so we extended ours stay in the Hotel Lilac. In short i will say 100% satisfaction and 100% value for money

Kota is the choice of several students study life. Its also a lovely business centre and has lots of scenic beauty. I had come for both business and to know about the students life. This Hotel Lilac is lovely close to railway station. They also provide pick up and drop complimentary. Rates are a bit high, so not all can stay. But for the price they give, its lovely, reasonable and great stay.

Stayed with family. This is my 4th time staying over there and i prefer to stay in this Hotel Lilac only whenever i visit kota amazing Hotel Lilac. Nothing to find anything negative from checking in to checkout no need to bother and everything is very good and one of the finest Hotel Lilacs for the value of the money you spend the food was amazing especially the breakfast keep it up

Was very nice and cozy. Food is very tasty and staff is very cooperative and nice. Pick and drop facility is very good.

I hage enjoyed a lot. Room automatic upgraded by Hotel Lilacier. Rooms are clean and spacious. Cleanliness of Hotel Lilac is also stupendous. Food is delicious. Brekfast was unexpected at kota. Will stay there next time too.

The Hotel Lilac and room ambience was nice. It was a wonderful experience to stay. The staff response was also good. The only thing which troubled was the dining food was extra spicy and the tv was not recharged. However the Hotel Lilac staff replaced the dining food immediately. We were satisfied. Will love to visit again.

Very good Hotel Lilac and soul restaurant. The rooms are not that spacious for the price range. Could have been better.

Although i had an initial issue with the check in due to technical glitch but then the check in was easy and smooth. The stay was equally amazing and the team also allowed a late check out as well. Will be coming back here once again for a stay.

They are one of the best as per as hospitality is concerned. They provide how to standing services accident food and work services

Good location, near to station, buffet is nice, rooms are clean and hygiene is good, service is good and very quick and free railway station transport facility is there which is great.
