First of all Hotel Lilawati Grands staff help me for early check-in as i reached guwahati early in the morning. 2ndly the staff of the Hotel Lilawati Grand is very co-operative. 3rdly staff clean the room and toilet everyday. 4thly Hotel Lilawati Grand authority also helps two hour late check-out as my daughter was playing ranking table tennis at the actual check-out time. the fifth and final one is that i have avail your wallet benefit of rs which was credited to my account as a compensation of order cancel-led by home stay at the last moment in Mysore which was booked. If any comments are unsuitable than please pardon me. Thanking you. It was a comfortable stay at the Hotel Lilawati Grand on my part and my daughter was also happy about the Hotel Lilawati Grand as it is very much near her playing venue. Thanks.

I would say it was a good Hotel Lilawati Grand, clean, neat, spacious rooms. We were given nice fragrant room. Hot water was available 24 hours. AC was good. After getting fresh we went to their own restaurant for lunch and order 2 dishes and they took 45 mins to serve. That wa a total turn off for us. We could understand a delay of 20 mins max. When questioned they said everything is freshly served and none of their items are precooked. Food was tasty. Only I have a small complaint that they are not very prompt for delivering the services. Otherwise a good Hotel Lilawati Grand for a family to stay.

The room was clean. Staffs are good. Service is ok. But the room space is not good. It's too conjusted. Rate of the food is also very high. There is no intercom in the room. Tv is there for name sake. Most of the channels are not subscribed. Location is good. It's nearby railway station. Also located in the hub of the city. Near the famous fancy bazaar. There is no blanket in the room even in this winter season of december. Even after requesting one blanket couldn't be managed. That's all. Hope it helps to improve the services. Lasted 1 hr, extra charges were asked for child whereas we had booked on time. The wait time for completing check in formalisation details of all travellers including children accompanying and after resistance and forwarding of email of MMT they agreed somehow. Out of three rooms booked 2 rooms were very good, one room had water from bathroom leaking into the room. The food however was good though wait time was longer for room service as they said Hotel Lilawati Grand is full and all staff are engaged.

It was good w. Are. T. The charges and all. The bigger benefit is that you are very close to the railway station and other city centre parts. Ultimately good stay, nice staff. As per the location the Hotel Lilawati Grand is best to stay and also at a very reasonable price. I recommend this Hotel Lilawati Grand to the other travellers also who are looking for good and economically best stay.

The service was good and the bathroom was clean! This is a deal breaker for me and I was totally satisfied with the overall experience. It would have been better for the Hotel Lilawati Grand to have a lawn or some bigger outdoor area. It's almost in the middle of the bustling city so you are bound to hear a little bit of the traffic noise but who used to it right!

The location is about 1km or less than from the guwahati station. The Hotel Lilawati Grand is clean, and the food quality was also good. The Hotel Lilawati Grand just needs some more maintenance. The Hotel Lilawati Grand is near pan bazar high school. Behind the Hotel Lilawati Grand there is st. Josephs church and a market area.

In a budget good Hotel Lilawati Grand. It is on good location in market. Location is near to paltan bazar, fancy bazar and good to see near about Umanand temple location. Also good for travel for brahmaputra river cruise. It near to every location and transport and good for service & location.

It's have been a very pleasant stay at lilawati grand. Service have a bit lethargic except that everything else was good. Would recommend it for sure. Complimentary breakfast provided was also good. Definitely looking forward for another stay in near future.

Nice place to stay, near the paltan market as well as a fancy market. Near the railway station. Foods are not that much good but for staying it's quite reasonable.

Hotel is in god location and near to tourist places, offices, bus and railway station and shopping. Hotel building is good and neatly maintained. Food is moderate and veg food is good still scope for improvement. Staff are co-operative and informative, Value for money.
