It was a nice stay overall. The only thingy was the food, which wasn't great, but everything else, like the room service, the staff's behavior, and the kindness they showed, was excellent. For example, my friend came to see me off the night before i was leaving, and although it was 2 a. M, and they didn’t allow him in the room because of c it's 2 a. M. It's already past their visiting time for guests, they still kindly gave him a glass of water at the reception which was a nice gesture ngl. The next morning, i got late for my bus, and they understood it was an emergency. They rushed the checkout process and even booked me an auto to catch my bus at the next stop, which was incredibly thoughtful. Honestly, they were a great team, very kind and helpful. Room size was enough for 2 nights stay. Breakfast needs more items. Taste was good. It is better if we get restaurant facility instead of food ordering and searching outside restaurants.

Had a good experience as a family of 3. We got triple occupancy room with a king bed and a single bed. The staff is polite and amenities are good. Location is also good.

Rooms were clean and the staff were co-operative. They helped me hire a taxi for a complete day. The quality of toiletries may be enhanced in future though.
