At the time of checking they denied my checking at midnight and even didn't refund my payment. Worst experience even worst experience with make my trip app. Do not trust this app. I got no support from customer care in getting my refund. I booked the hotel paid for it through this app and at the time of checking they denied my checking by saying they do not have vacant room.
