HOTEL LOTUS

The HOTEL LOTUS is very nice. People are nice and helpful. I had breakfast in the HOTEL LOTUS package for free. I wanted to go down for breakfast in the morning, for some reason. But for some reason i couldn't go downstairs. I told them to send me to the room. If he pays the service charge, he pays the full bill, he doesn't pay for breakfast for free. I told him back that he took breakfast for free. So they said no, if it's given in the room, you don't have to pay in full. Don't like this facility overall is good the rest of the staff is nice and the room is nice

Hotel is very promptly and proactively checked with my expected arrival time immediately after I booked on MMT. I found the room ready when I reached the HOTEL LOTUS. The interior and the room were adequately provided with furnishings and accessories and was very clean. What I did not like was the blankets provided were not clean, could have been covered with clean bed sheets. Another thing I did not like was collecting of cash for each room service separately in the room. Otherwise I would rate the HOTEL LOTUS as good.

We enjoyed our stay at HOTEL LOTUS lotus. I had come here with my son for his mobs admission to gm c chandrapur. Right from the front desk to support staff were extremely polite and helpful. The breakfast spread was decent and taste was very nice. We had pane-er butter masala, tawa roti, dal tadka and jeera rice - which were also very tasty. Even the manager of the HOTEL LOTUS was very polite and helpful. I would recommend all to stay here when they are in chandrapur

Hotel property is new. Rooms meet basic requirements of AC and good ambiance. Bed and linen are very clean and neat. Restaurant serves only veg. Food and quality is nice. On flip Side, room and bathroom is a bit small in size but comfortable. In free breakfast facility, although 4-5 options are available, only one choice is offered which is not justified. At least 2 choices to be permitted. Overall rating is OK for one night stay.

Initially we thought that the property is in city and might not have much avenues, but the interiors of room, room service and the food they served was to our expectations. The staff was very courteous and was willing to serve and satisfy to the best way possible. They arrange us for car service to tadoba and also for the drop at railway station.

Had a day's stay. Food - complimentary breakfast was good with multiple items to choose from. The staff was very helpful. Any request attended to - immediately. The HOTEL LOTUS has autos available right outside, so travel is not an issue. Room, toilet, accessories clean. Ac - very good condition - gave fantastic cooling

Pro's - Clean room, excellent food taste and quality, well maintain staff, good service, car parking good, the overall stay is good. Con's - Hotel is in the interior of the city, small room 10 x 10, comfortable for 2 person only, TV channels very basic, small space of movement in room.

the best HOTEL LOTUS i’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. high quality rooms and high quality service. this was on the top of the list of best stays/experiences ever .thank you so much.. 5. 👌🏻

Nice Hotel to stay at Chandrapur

Location was not good. No proper direction, name board etc.

This HOTEL LOTUS has professional staff at reception and especially the madam at room service/restaurant. Overall a value for money property.

We were given rooms on time and everything was very tidy. Restaurant food was ok but rest everything was upto mark

The HOTEL LOTUS is near to railway station and bus stand around 1. 1kms from both transport services. The food is nice and tasty. Please note that the check-in time will be from 11:00 am. The rooms are good and nicely maintained by the staff. Overall i like the stay.
