The stay was awesome, clean rooms, good options for breakfast , good room service. Overall satisfactory stay and i will suggest for anyone who wants to go with their family

Staying at the hotel is comfortable though the room size is small. The room is clean and tidy but the bathroom needs better cleaning. It has an inhouse restaurant and the vegetarian food quality is good. The hotel is situated in a peaceful locality and is close to the railway station, bus stand and commercial center. Transportation may be a problem during night time as ola, uber is not available. Overall it is ok to stay for a short duration business trip

Room were smelling like dampness and there bathroom at room 303 needs renovation as it is not looking good. Dinner meal which was included in room was very very oily and one night I found plates in unhygienic condition. Breakfast was fine. Next time will prefer to stay there.

Very poor service in breakfast . They served sambahr and coconut chatni but no idly, dosa ....even we left with one item poha that too cold one....

Travelled for Daughter’s exam. Nice property having required basic facilities and supportive staff. Special mention of the owner of the restaurant who are extremely concerned about their guests requirement giving absolute family feelings. My special complements to them. Recommended property for stay at Chandrapur.

Food was average with no change in everyday breakfast & dinner menu. Staff needs to be groomed for proper hotel manner antiquates.

We stayed at the Hotel Lotus for 3 Days .We had come for the Sports event at Taluka Sports Complex .The Hotel is a bit away from the main road and crowd,Peaceful and nice , which I feel is Good The Hotel Stay was Comfortable.The Rooms were Neat ,Clean and the House keeping team were on their Toes all the time to ensure that everything was up to the mark.The Reception was very helpful to answer any query that a traveller might have .The Restaurant Complimentary Breakfast was just apt and with good options .We didn't hv to venture out to search for options for Lunch or dinner as the Restaurant food was tasty and not over priced at all .Late night due to climate change suddenly I needed hot water to drink and ease the constant cough and I went down to ask and the attendant ,Mr Rajesh ,was more than willing to make the hot water without a glitch..This shows Caring for the Customers..Keep up the Good Work ...Overall a very Good Experience .

This weekend i am visit hotel lotus location is long on road food quality is not good short bathroom waiter behaviour not good

The hotel service is slow and daily c lining not provide also staff talking not good. And rooms are not that good as per the charges

Drinking water can be provided when guests arrive also some basic toiletries like toothpaste should be placed in the bathroom as it was not provided to us

I had visited Chandrapur for my kid's Badminton tournament and we stayed at Hotel Lotus. The restaurant staff Yash and Roshan were very helpful. The reception and admin team Mrs. Deo madam, Balu Sir and Amit Sir helped with flexible room cleaning timings in afternoon as we were out for tournament and also specially my stay extension request in the same Lotus hotel was considered by them. The unlimited breakfast package which was already included in my hotel booking which had a lot of variety and breakfast menu changed daily. The unlimited thali option was also very good, my kid and me liked the food. The rooms were clean with Ac, Hot water, Smart TV with internet was available. I will definately visit this hotel once again.

Complimentary breakfast is very poor as they have limited option and taste is not good. Room service is good and hotel managers they are not behaving properly to customers. They are flexible in early checkin and late checkout. Rooms are clean and well maintained.

We are staying at lotus for 5 nights for a tournament. We booked it on mmt. The hotel staff right from reception, house keeping and restaurant are extremely helpful and warm they were kind enough to give us an early checkin as the kids were tired after a long journey. The restaurant shidori is good. Yash and suhail are hardworking. The ladies though at the restaurant counter are quite rude and unpleasant to speak to. She speaks to you as if its a favour. The bfast has a decent spread. The menu changes daily. Their a la carte and thali options are delicious. The reception staff helped us with rickshaw that we could use for the trips to the stadium. Overall an excellent stay. We would definitely recommend it for stays. The rooms are newly done with amenities like ac etc. The property is clean and tidy
