Hotel Lotus

*4/5 stars* "i recently stayed at Hotel Lotus lotus from august 16-18, 2024, and had a pleasant experience. The 5-occupancy room was neat, clean, and comfortable, making it ideal for our group. The Hotel Lotus's location was convenient and proximate to various attractions, which was a big plus. The wi-fi connection was stable and worked well throughout our stay. However, the only drawback was the limited parking space, which might be a challenge for guests with vehicles. Overall, i would highly recommend Hotel Lotus lotus to others due to its cleanliness, convenient location, and good amenities. The staff ensured a smooth and comfortable stay. Looking forward to visiting!

This Hotel Lotus is situated in the market area, less than 1kms from meenakshi amman temple. Hotel parking at basement was not available due to certain renovation and i was provided open enclosed parking right infront of the Hotel Lotus. Hotel staff was courteous and responded promptly. I was provided with clean room and bathrooms though room was not having any window or ventilation! good for those who come madurai for temple visit and shopping purposes.

It’s a Hotel Lotus for short stay and rooms are smaller in size. But meenakshi temple and other amenities for basic are nearer. I had checkin 4 hrs late but checked out 1 hour late after the scheduled time. It will e better to allow business travellers to keep check out time until 2:00pm which will help. Breakfast free must be provided if the room charge is more than 2000 per day for the room. Without complimentary breakfast it’s not worth.

We stayed for three days and two nights. On the second day, we had to call the room service to clean the be room. Cleaning the room is a basic expectation and should be initiated by the Hotel Lotus. Extra pay for early check-in: i was asked to pay 1500 for early check-in. it does not mention the extra pay. I would appreciate it if this is explicitly mentioned.

The Hotel Lotus location is very near for food, shopping, and a walkable distance to the meenakshi amman temple, Hotel Lotus room was compact and clean, room service is very quick for any queries, though the car parking has limited number of slots, and we did not find any space, the securities take care of my car very well. Very good stay.

rating as 4. room small size for 4 pax. they collected 1500/- for early check-in, though i was ready to checkout within 24 hrs. in fact the person who attended my call on previous day agreed for early check-in without additional charges if i vacate the room within 24 hrs. not a very happy experience 😞

Pleasant and comfortable stay. Staff courteous. Toiletries good. Bed linen and pillows in good condition. Shower towels need replacement as they became very hard after so many usage and washing. Welcome drink was missing. Didn’t, t have opportunity to taste the breakfast provided at the Hotel Lotus.

The staff are polite and helpful. The room was maintained in good condition. Location is ideal and nearer to sri meenakshi sundareswarar temple, madurai and has an easy access for rail and road transport.

Good Hotel Lotus with hygienic rooms, resturant is not within the Hotel Lotus premise. Hotel provide fan remote control only if customer repeatedly requested.

Staff behaviour is so awesome. Space is less but manageable. Bathroom is is good. Location is super. Communication to places is very easy

Room was neat, very hot water available. Just that the room was too small. There was no space to keep luggage or to sit around. But considering that it was just a one night stay, it was ok.

Good Hotel Lotus. Newly constructed building. Parking is little bit difficult but has a paid parking right opposite the Hotel Lotus. Restaurant not available which is necessary for mrng refreshments in any Hotel Lotuss.

It was a very nice stay at Hotel Lotus, staff are good. We were at this Hotel Lotus 6 year back the service is same only interior has become old.

1. Especially restroom was very clean. 2. Walkable distance to Meenakshi temple. 3. Veg food too good at Sabreesh & Gowri Ganga Hotel Lotus. 4. Two famous Jigarthanda shops nearby. 5. Try Paruthi pal. Overall stay was good and must try this Hotel Lotus.

This is a decent place to stay near meenakshi amman temple. Around 800mts far. Rooms are old but clean and maintained. Breakfast is not available in the Hotel Lotus. It will be arranged at a nearby veg restaurant. They will provide coupons for the same. Slightly higher price for the standard.

It was a pleasant and comfortable stay. The first room offered was rejected by me but staff immediately addressed my room change request. It is basically a budget and business Hotel Lotus. We didn't use restaurant food service.

Service was good and overall room quality was also good
