businessEvery thing was good. Room and bathroom were clean. Food is available 24 hours. It was good. Veer and the rest of the staff were superb. Courteous. Internet connection did not work properly. This was very disappointing. Lift not working. Even though I got room on ground floor.

Not well managed!!

soloBooked this hotel based on the facade and since it was near the highway. The receptionist informed that the hotel was new- about 3 months. The lobby was clean, so thought the rooms would be the same. But it was a nightmare. The bedsheets, pillow cover and duvet cover were stained and had hair. Asked for a change, which was duly done but still the changed sheets were also stained and pilled. The heater in the bathroom was working but there was no mug and the walls were stained. Water from the basin leaked. All in all, a disappointing stay. Couldn’t even sleep properly.
