Room is good but AC and fans are not working properly. TV also not working. Except these remaining good.

This time staff was not good enough for providing services what we need . They are treating very bad room also very bad

It was very bad stay I checked in something around 3-3:30pm and checke out (because of bed bugs?by 7:30pm I reached the room Freshed up and took a nap and after waking up my body started itching a lot There were bed bugs I guess No proper bed sheets No proper pillows… room was smelling I asked for refund at the time of check out they denied and asked for Do you need executive room… my 1800/- were gone waste I just was there for 4hrs and had terrible experience.

location is good. staff r not properly trained. I had 2 days booking but calling so many times when is the check out or telling I might is over . Main door lock did not work and getting fan sounds terribley, worst exp check and go

The room was below average and there were lots of cockroaches inside the room.

This the second time i stayed in this hotel only because of it proximity to the vfs visa application center. 1. The ventilator glass was broken. 2. Wi fi strength not good 3. Lot of noise of visitors in the corridor 4. Dampness on walls 5. Cleanliness needed overall the experience was good, hotel staff was humble and polite, location good

The cleanliness level was terrible, sheets towels and washroom were dirty. The behaviour of the staff and manager was drastically bad.

It was a very comfortable stay experience.. It is so calm & we can't feel that we are in such a busy area.. Room tariffs are also comparatively reasonable. The hotel location is highly appreciated...

Horrible experience, not worth the money at all. They mentioned free breakfast and flexible check in when booking. but when we got there, the staff were acting oblivious about the free breakfast and flexible check in, they were saying we could check in only after 12 pm. And the room was not worth the huge money that we paid. NOT RECOMMENDED!

Room was very small no water provide from hotel they provide only one bed very disappoint its a scar hotel

The hotel staff are cordial but as claimed and charged in the app with breakfast after checking it was revealed there is no provision for breakfast neither it has any restaurant! that’s really frustrating.
