Hotel Lovely Palace

I recently stayed at the hotel lovely palace in bhilai. I really liked the hotel. It is very good and the services are excellent.

Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future💕

होटल का कमरा साफ, अच्छा और विशाल था। कर्मचारी मिलनसार और मददगार थे। यह स्थान शहर के केंद्र के चारों ओर घूमने के लिए बिल्कुल उपयुक्त है। "

You can visit offline, and book it there based on your needs, for person who books redission and taj, this hotel would be average and not bad

Safety precautions taken during my stay for last 5 days

The Hotel staff was very polite and helpful. Being the property is old, needs some basic renovation at the earliest.

Good cleaned rooms, breakfast is tasty and healthy, best point they have a gym service. It's very convenient like me who are fitness freak. Front office lady is very courtesy. But front office manager who the bald guy, he don't have a courtesy to how to talk with the guests. Very worst fellow. I don't know how he get front office manager post who doesn't have any ethics to speak. Overall stay was average.

Toilet seat was dirty. Tea cattle was very very dirty, we couldn't use it. Only one Bath soap of poor quality was provided. Waiter didn't assist to pick baggage while check in or check out

Had an awesome stay for 11 days.

Good for near by station but service poor.
Room size good but service very poor.

Very bad hotel, don't take a risk to your health. Used items are used to give.

Food delivery in room took more than one hour.
I frequently travel and stay in hotel. But this was my worst experience. I ordered food and it got delivered in very late. Tv was not working in room. Electrical problem in hotel's washroom. Staff was good but overall service was too slow and not responsive.

Food is delicious and healthy.
Better then for other hotel for stay.

Good for stay in bhilai and near by railway station.

Room size was big. Food service available but no restaurant in hotel. Rate of food quite high, for example 3 pics roti cost more comparatively.
Food charge was very high. Otherwise, all good.

All the facilities need immediate upgrade.

It's nice staying in this hotel. So chip hotel in this area so you can stay in this hotel you will get relaxing your tuor. My suggestion is for you book by using only you will get so much savings for this book.

Room service can be improved by prompt response, linen needs a complete makeover
