Hotel Luck Residency @Delhi Airport

The stay was not comfortable at all. The room was not ready at arrival.Hospitality was worse . One irritating thing is they call me in the middle of work to come back for room shifting.. I don't recommend this hotel for staying

we booked a room for 1 night but it wasn't a very good experience since the room and cupboard were full of cockroaches that were crawling in side our luggage all night. The flush was brocken as well but the staff fix it . plugs was not working on the side of the beds ....how ever the staff is good and helpfull

The hotel was infested with cockroaches. The pillow covers, bed sheets and blankets were very dirty and had stains, had to be changed. The bathroom was leaking from almost everywhere, had non functional flush and jet sprays. The stay was not good at all.

It was a pretty decent stay. The only reason it lost points was that there were a couple of negatives and a couple of missing things. But we liked our stay. It was comfortable. Thank you very much! it was definitely worth the price!

Booked the hotel for a quick nap before flight. Hotel is infested by cockroaches. Bed sheets, pillows and blankets were dirty and had to be changed. Bathroom was leaking from everywhere and was very dirty.

Was asked to move to galaxy hotel as no rooms were available. Door handle missing and room couldnot be locked. Geyser was not working. Room was dirty and smelling

Great hotel, good rooms, nice inhouse restaurant. Complimentary breakfast is too good. Don't miss that. Totally value for money. Recommended.

I had been here for a couple of times, fall in love with their food for breakfast. Rich ambience, the rooms were very luxurious, once again i mention they serve delicious veg food. Must go there and enjoy. There standard and hygiene is best in class. The staff is very cooperative and nice.

Pathetic is a kind word to use for this place, complete worth less only stay if you want to sleep on dirty linens, in a closed room without ventilation and show piece ac without connection.
