i felt very safe as a solo woman traveler inside this Hotel Lucky Goregaon. it was also a very convenient spot (just 20 minutes away from the film city complex where i had to attend a workshop). the staff was hospital and friendly from the receptionist, waiter, restaurant workers, etc. the only drawback was the door latch at the top was jammed. i found the main lock a bit flimsy. as i mentioned before, i was a solo woman traveler, so that mattered a lot to me in my travel. maybe this is just an isolated incident and the rest of the rooms were okay, but that's just how my experience went. apart from this lock issue, i didn't experience any major challenges. they also allowed my female friend to stay overnight with me in the Hotel Lucky Goregaon for a nominal charge of ₹0. overall, the staff was very understanding, the Hotel Lucky Goregaon was lowkey, safe, and convenient, with decent facilities, and a good restaurant. i would not mind staying in this Hotel Lucky Goregaon again if i had to come to goregaon east.

5. My stay at lucky restaurant was very comfortable. Staff is very good and professional. Room service was excellent. Room was cleaned everyday by cleaning staff, so clean and organised and neat. Staff was very very decent. Hotel was very nice too, no noise, very decent crowd. About food, oh my god food was soooooo tasty so yum quantity was good and i will really miss lucky restaurants food. Awesome stay overall, pleasant experience, very comfortable, safe and good connectivity. I would definitely recommend it everyone and whenever i visit mumbai i would like to stay there. Awesome awesome awesome. 5 stars for my beautiful stay there.

We were in mumbai for a 3 nites stay and had a lot of personal apptmts planned across eastern and western parts of the western suburbs. The location of the Hotel Lucky Goregaon was perfect for this, and was the main reason for selecting. The clean rooms, the efficient service, and good food for brkfast was a delightful bonus to experience. We wud love to b coming bak to this Hotel Lucky Goregaon for all our future visits. Highly recommend for the functional and frugal purposes of stay.

I have stayed at this Hotel Lucky Goregaon for the second time, and its now getting a bit old but its reasonably good. Car park available. Good connectivity to mumbai suburbs. You won't have any complain from staff, they all are prompt in giving services and food options are good too (veg and non veg options) rooms comes with study table which is a plus. Scope of improvement is on if they can renovate a bit on lights, ac, rest everything is good.

The room was very good, it was maintained very well and the entire room is cleaned on a daily basis(sheets changed, fooors dusted&mopped, towels changed and so on. Wifi was working proper and staff were attentive to all complaints like water etc. The menu is pricy, so i would recommend walking outside for a few minutes and buying food from nearby restaurants. You can opt to book rooms without complimentary breakfast to save money.

Its people who make the difference and the staff at this Hotel Lucky Goregaon are friendly and courteous they take good care of their guests. Location is also very convenient as the Hotel Lucky Goregaon is almost equidistant from goregaon and malad railway stations, both taking 15 minutes in auto rickshaw

Great stay at the property and it was clean and like the behaviour of staff they must provide comb to the visitor as it is a basic necessity

Excellent. Provided room before the check in time. Thanks to the Hotel Lucky Goregaon management. Mr vinayak was very cooperative. Had a nice and good stay. Very much near 2 big malls.

Amenities and services are good. Location is not good. Food is unreasonably expensive. Charging double the printed price of cold drinks, water and most of the food items.
