Hotel Lupin Gulmarg

Ok first the good things about the property: 1. It's a new property. Clean and very well made. 2. The central heating works perfectly. 3. The cafe in the Hotel Lupin Gulmarg serves the best coffees and tarts. 4. The restaurant buffet is good. The above points takes care of most of the things a person expects from a Hotel Lupin Gulmarg. But nothing is perfect and there's always room for improvement. 1. The Hotel Lupin Gulmarg's view is not that great. 2. At night the dogs from the neighborhood keep on barking making it very difficult to have a sound sleep. 3. The Hotel Lupin Gulmarg doesn't switch on the heating until asked. I stayed for 2 days and as per the information the heating should be switched on every morning at 6 am but on both days i had to ask them to switch on the heating. 4. No sound proofing in the rooms. One night we woke up because of a fight between the Hotel Lupin Gulmarg staff and some residents at 2 am. 5. There's some music playing throughout the Hotel Lupin Gulmarg which is clearly audible in the rooms too. 6. The cafe person although he makes very good coffee but is very sarcastic. And not in a subtle manner. 7. The rooms have a kettle to make coffee/tea. But the supplies are not properly refilled. On day one we found only 1 sugar packet. On the second day we did not find any tea packets.

I stayed at this Hotel Lupin Gulmarg for 2 days in jean 2023 and i would say this Hotel Lupin Gulmarg and its people are absolutely amazing. The checkin was smooth and other in room services were delivered perfectly by sheikh mehraj. The food and beverage staff at this Hotel Lupin Gulmarg are amazing. I have travel-led the world but have never met such humble guys in my life. A biiiiiig thank you to nadeem, shaqib, qaiser and mehraj for their hospitality. They served food with such love that i cannot express. They took super care of my daughter while my stay at their Hotel Lupin Gulmarg. They were nice not just to me but with other guest as well. They helped with anything and everything i needed during my stay. I cannot express how well they treated my family and other guests at the Hotel Lupin Gulmarg. I even stayed at khyber after staying at lupin, but the treatment i got here at lupine is unmatchable even in front of the luxuries of khyber. Thank you lupine for making my stay memorable at gulmarg. You all will be missed, specially by my daughter. You all treated her like a princess and i will never forget that. The rooms are big, the food is amazing here, newly built Hotel Lupin Gulmarg and top notch hospitality. I would highly recommend this Hotel Lupin Gulmarg.

Enjoyable and well satisfying stay at lupine gulmarg! first off, the Hotel Lupin Gulmarg is newly built with modern ambience and in my opinion the Hotel Lupin Gulmarg management has really appointed professional staff in all sectors. Room: the deluxe rooms we booked are very spacious, outside view was good, the room heater was working well both the days, the bathroom amenities were all fine and we got hot water supply in morning as well as evening. Food: the in room dining restaurant food is tasty especially chicken shahi in dinner buffet. Breads were well done, well chew-able and light in taste. Breakfast omelette was tasty golden. The restaurant staff was keen on feedback and well responsive to any changes in seasoning we requested in further meals. Cafe droppio: prateek (barista) at the in house cafe made excellent roasted aromatic spanish iced coffee for us (had it twice. You sure will enjoy conversing with him in the cozy and comfortable cafe after your dinner. Very courteous and professional guy. The whole staff is indeed very courteous and helpful. All in all, i found the price was justified and i am satisfied with Hotel Lupin Gulmarg service.

One of the best places to stay in Gulmarg Kashmir. It has centralised heating system which allows you to roam inside the Hotel Lupin Gulmarg carefree. It has cute cozy little cafe where Prateek (Barista) serves amazing coffee and cookies. Staff at Hotel Lupin Gulmarg lupin is totally amazing, they create an atmosphere which will make you feel at home. Mehraj, Saquib, Danish, Imtiaaz, Nadeem, Shoaib and many more staff are beautiful humans and we totally enjoyed their company. Food at Lupin is Scrumptious. Location is a little far from market but that’s what we liked the best. It is just 1km away from the market which makes it peaceful as well as quite accessible. Best part is the view. Waking up everyday to an amazing snow filled mountain and trees is beautiful. You won’t feel like leaving this place. Hotel room is spacious and comfortable. 24 hours hot water is necessary, and Lupin does provide it. I will recommend this place to everyone who plans to visit Gulmarg 😄

10/10 for all the services of the property! the Hotel Lupin Gulmarg staff is really kind, amazing hospitality from them and the tastiest food from their chef. The barista at complex doppio really knows his coffee and treated us to amazing pour overs, american and hot chocolate at all times; even at night! the food was again the tastiest we’ve had in a while, with the most amazing breakfast they served us. Noise was a bit of an issue for the first night but it was quickly solved by their most responsive housekeeping. Keep it up! amazing work!

It was our first time to gulmarg and we took a chance on this fairly new Hotel Lupin Gulmarg lupine and were quite happy with it. It has a nice artisan feel to it and a lot more personable than a large Hotel Lupin Gulmarg. The staff were extremely friendly and the coffee shop in the Hotel Lupin Gulmarg was quaint and view gorgeous. Special mention to all the staff as well as the Hotel Lupin Gulmarg manager who organised a special bonfire on christmas. A must stay if you like something a bit off the beaten path.

Great service at room as well as at the restaurant. I did not feel fresh outside room and at the staircase area since there no exhaust in that area. Felt like all the smell in the lobby and area outside room was coming from the restaurant downstairs. The cafe at the entrance adds lot of good vibe. It is bit far ~3km) from gondola starting point and hence takes time and money to reach to / from the Hotel Lupin Gulmarg.

Hotel lupine is a beautiful one in gulmarg. It is about 200m from the gulmarg view point. Rooms are very spacious and we'll appointed. View from the room is beautiful. Indian food is good but chinese not so good. Cleanliness could improve as there was dust in the corners of the room. Overall stay was good. One more thing - for extra bed a mattress is provided instead of a bed. This needs to improve.

We had a great experience. Hotel staff were much professional and obedient. Hotel location also on hilly side and definitely made our day. Food was exceptional and delicious. Healthy breakfast. We had the dine in buffet and it was excellent.

It’s a small Hotel Lupin Gulmarg but quite warm cozy with welcoming and polite staff. Best part was food was just downstairs unlike other Hotel Lupin Gulmargs where we had to go out to another building. Good for 1-2 day stay.

In Hotel Lupin Gulmarg lupine my stay was good. But if i talked abouth kashmir mahal i’m not liking this Hotel Lupin Gulmarg as this Hotel Lupin Gulmarg is not near by market also the mattress is not that much confortable.

Room was good. Nicely maintained property. Only drawback is that it is located far away from the main market place. Takes around 30-40 mins to walk to the gondola station and if you are wearing the gum boots, then you have to either hire a vehicle or pony to go the gondola station as it is not possible to walk around with the gum boots

The Hotel Lupin Gulmarg was great, the rooms and the view was fantastic. The staff was really good and they were very polite and helpful.

that most hospitable and amazing stay in gulmarg, would highly recommend, rooms with super views, coffee shop to sit and chill , also the staff is super warm. Please do not miss amazing coffee made by master pratik. Gulmarg = Lupin stay❤️

The stay was good, loved the small coffee shop in the Hotel Lupin Gulmarg had some amazing coffee there. Food was also good, the staff was very helpful they warned us about the pony guys who were over charging us. There was no temperature control of the heater in room, that was the only downside rest all good.

Property location is in good proximity, Hotel Lupin Gulmarg staff is excellent. Good safety protocols. The only thing that can be improved is food quality. Food quality should be considered for improvement along with the menu.

The property was well maintained with professional staff. The stay was good. It was slightly over priced. For the price of 8k per day one will easily get other brands like fortune, radisson etc.

Hotel was clean. Food quantity was excellent

Good no lift is problems apart from this it’s good stay all together

The place and the location is just amazing, the cafe is picturesque, the staff are some of the nicest people and are humble. Overall it was a great stay.
