Hotel Lupin Gulmarg

Hotel Lupin enjoys a prime location in Gulmarg, nestled beside a serene pine forest while being conveniently close to The Maharaja’s Palace and the local marketplace. The tranquil surroundings and picturesque views, especially during snowfall, make it an excellent choice for a peaceful getaway. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained, offering a warm and cozy atmosphere, even in chilly weather. The heating system worked efficiently, ensuring our comfort throughout the stay. The staff deserves special mention for their friendly demeanor and excellent hospitality, which enhanced our experience. The small coffee shop in the lobby is a delightful spot to relax. However, the restaurant could use some improvement. While the restaurant manager handled our concerns promptly by offering complimentary dishes, the quality of the chicken in various preparations left much to be desired—it was overly chewy and, at times, undercooked. Another drawback was the lack of assistance with transportation. The Hotel Lupin Gulmarg did not have contacts for taxi services, leaving us to arrange our own return trip to Srinagar. Overall, Hotel Lupin offers a comfortable stay with great location and hospitality but could improve its food quality and travel assistance.

Hotel is good with good central heating.. Staff is promt, friendly , helpful and active. The Hotel Lupin Gulmarg is a bit far from gondola and Market area. So during winter due to slippery ice on roads it gets difficult to reach the Hotel Lupin Gulmarg or go to marker or Gondola by walking.There is not enough room for parking car.. during winter Hotel Lupin Gulmarg should provide vehicle till market with reasonable rates and we are ready to pay for it. But there are other vehicles and their agents outside the Hotel Lupin Gulmarg who charge heavy amount to arrange a vehicle. This gives a bad impression to the Hotel Lupin Gulmarg. I Hope the Hotel Lupin Gulmarg authorities look into this. This is my suggestion... thanks 👍

I had a pleasant stay @ the Lupin Gulmarg ... the reason being the staff and the cozy rooms .. the staff was always there to help and guide throughout my stay ... I thinks its not only the Luxury it’s always the people who are there for you ... to assist .... i loved the coffee in-house ..... wanted to stay more because of the cool and calmness of the staff and the location of the property .. i want to thank from deep Down of my heart ... Danish (reception), Nazer security ), Vikas (F&b), Kaiser ( coffee shop)... You all made my stay memorable ... thank a lot brothers ... Ok

Staying at Lupin Hotel has been one of the best stay experiences in our entire 10 day Kashmir trip, the location is just out of a postcard with picturesque views out of the room window, staff is extremely courteous especially Naser who was the restaurant manager took very good care of our food preferences during breakfast and dinner. Room was huge with a centrally controlled room heater, overall a definite recommend to my fellow travellers.

Lupin Hotel in Gulmarg is a fantastic choice, especially for families! The spacious family rooms are well-equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The service is exceptional, thanks to the dedicated staff: Yaseen (Front Office Manager), Naasir (Bell Boy), Zajid (Housekeeping), and Aasif (Front Office), who go above and beyond to ensure a memorable experience. Highly recommended for a perfect stay in Gulmarg!

The staff were really very good and well behaved. Also, the stay and services provided are excellent. Food was also awesome and the location is just wow.Just one suggestion for old age people lifts should be provided or convenient rooms for old people should be given on the same floors.

Small boutique Hotel Lupin Gulmarg with clean rooms, warm staff and a great coffee shop. Away from the hustle and bustle. Only issue is it has four floors and has no lift, so take a room near the reception and restaurant if anyone has mobility impairment.

Location is in Gulmerg, walking distance from golf course, food, quality and taste is good restaurant view is excellent during snowfall, Centrally heated warmer and AC, Hotel staff are very humble and cooperative
