Hotel Luxmi Residency (Refinery Road)

Hotel room was clean and tidy. Linen was clean. Washroom was also well maintained. Good food. Best room service. Hotel staff polite and helpful. I stayed at the hotel for 2 days and enjoyed the stay.

Very Calm and quiet area, good staff with excellent support. Special attention by restaurant staff. Near and clean rooms. TV are non functioning properly. Very good and hygienic food. Only issue is no public transport available outside hotel.

Good. But not clean Hotel staff and Hotel rent to high but behavior to good.

Rooms are clean and comfortable. The hotel is decent. There are some areas for improvement if they want to take some feedback and improve.

The staff was not good i ask them for the room freshness but they did not do when i asked again and again they said they don't have and the bathroom was really very smelled and very difficult to stay there.

Stayed here on a recent 2 day business trip. Chose it for its proximity to panipat refinery. The room and washroom were large and spacious. Bedsheets were clean which is an essential for me. However, the mattress was old and squishy. The aircon went off the first night itself. Food is okay but breakfast buffet had limited options. Staff was decent and polite. Overall, an okay stay and i wouldn’t mind staying here on my next business visit. Won’t recommend for family as the location is remote and there are better choices close to city/highway.

Even after requesting for without onion breakfast menu, they were not serving-it.

When I told to manger they don't accept this bedsheet is not clean. But they told to me this is done by yourself not by our staff. I have some picture of this. They also charge me price of bedsheet.

I stayed there many time, everything is good there, neat and clean rooms, washrooms. Overall excellent stay.
