Hotel Luxmount

Stay was good. Picture shown was different from the actual. I had to pay the total rs. 2000 more to get upgrade my room for the room which was shown in the picture. As the previous room was not enough, so i am not complaining about that. Food was good and serve by trained staff. They are soft spoken and ready to help to the guest. Exhaust installed in the toilet is not enough for foul gases and smell, they must have to do change the system of exhaust. Internet was pathetic. You can not even see the post of facebook or insta. Location was good. They never change the bedsheets and covers in the 3 days of stay. They only set the bed every day. Towel provided by them is very old and seem like a discarded towel. Only a towel provided by them in 3 days of stay. In the name of bath kit, they have provided 4 small soaps in the 3 days of stay and it was only on call. No tooth kit. No shower gel, no shampoo. Overall stay was ok but need improvements in those recommended areas.

Hotel is great. View from the balcony is just awesome. Good service and food. Can order anything any time. property is clean. Location is little bit far from Library chowk then we expected, take a rickshaw from library chowk to jhulaghar if you have luggage. You can get all the shops of food and cloth near the property. Otherwise it was a great stay.

Spacious rooms at low price. Bathrooms are not so good. No complementary soap and shampoos. Food is good but little pricy so prefer it from outside. Otherwise room is good. Hotel is near to market. And bus stop and taxi stand. You can enjoy view of Doon valley from Hotel Luxmount.

At prime location, just 100 meters away from mall road and gun hill rope way. Food was decent, great hospitality, balcony view was scenic. I would deduct points for hygiene. Bed sheet, pillow cover and blanket cover was not clean at all. They changed the covers after complaining.

Nice location. Hotel is on the mall Road. Rooms are not that much big. They have bigger rooms also but as per Hotel Luxmountier, its not available for online booking.
The location of the Hotel is good. It has car parking also. Nice view from the Hotel mall Road

Nice Hotel Luxmount at beautiful location. Good food. Value for money. Any body can see the beauty of hill from his/her room/balcony. It is very near to ropeway at mall road of Mussoorie. Staff are good. And very cooperative.

IT is Near kulri chowk, location is good it is on maal road, mountain view from the room, Hotel Luxmount staff is competitive. Hotel Luxmount is neat and clean and main thing the budget Hotel Luxmount in the price range

Washrooms are not that great. They need to put up a glass or built a wall between the room n washroom. There was only one curtain. Rooms are not that spacious. We got the room after an hour of check in.
