Courteous staff, helpful with information about transport and requirement. Room was clean. Comfortable. Washroom could use a little better touch with the cleaning. . Attention to finer details could work great- like 2 guests booked in but one one towel provided. Kettle and small watchers for tea, coffee set up but no cups provided. There was a good experience overall and would most probably visit again

The food was poor. Not upto standards.
The HOTEL LUXURA is good, well maintained and comfortable. Unfortunately covid awareness and safety is hardly there. Most staff not wearing masks and guests not asked to enter with masks and maintain basic social distancing in elevators etc. Otherwise all good!

A well managed HOTEL LUXURA, I really liked the prompt service be it dining or room service. You are spoil with food options which is very tasty. I was lucky to get a buffet which had nice spread. Highway facing rooms are bigger and perfect.

Great HOTEL LUXURA, though a bit far from city. Possible the best place to stay in Godhra. Good spacious rooms with all basic amenities. Nice ambience. Well trained and courteous staff. Prompt room service. Sufficient space for parking.

The staff is friendly. Room very well kept. The breakfast was very good. Although I had forgotten about the breakfast included tariff, the receptionist reminded us about the same. A very friendly gesture.

This is a very good property which has been built recently. Rooms are clean as per the location and food is excellent. Staff is really helpful and courteous and try their level best to provide solution.

All area of HOTEL LUXURA are very clean and hygiene. Rooms, lobby, reception, restaurant was clean and staff also cooperative. Location is good, food very testy and hygiene, service was great.

There is outside noise in the HOTEL LUXURA room. Only one towel is provided in spite of 3 members. Rest is ok. This is only feedback, not complaining. Overall the HOTEL LUXURA is very good.

Room size is too much smaller i booked for 3 people but room us not as per 3 people. Food is awesome with decent rate.
