Hotel M1

The bed in the room assigned at first was not good so i have asked for room change which was denied saying there is no other room available but when i again showed that it still shows available in the mm t, they changed it. They shouldn’t tell a lie at first and later also. They charged me with diet coke although i had normal coke (there was difference jn the prices of both in the menu but they didn’t agreed to it)

Good location, perfect stay can earn excellent review only it needs little renovation. Staff good food was also good. I enjoyed more then my last stay in president Hotel M1 although it was well maintained then m1 Hotel M1 but they were too much money minded in every sense. In this Hotel M1 they provided everything as per my booking no tension of extra charges.

I would rate this Hotel M1 5 on 5. Period! The staff are very well mannered. The rooms are well appointed at the price at which it comes. The food is outstanding. No bloating like you usually could end up at Hotel M1s. So thrilled I made a great choice. Others had the same opinion when I selected this and now I put the same number of stars.

Cleanliness was good at the Hotel M1 but felt basics were missing during the stay. Hand towel, toiletries hair drier are basics one expect from this chain. Amritsar property has all the above and felt great during my stay at Amritsar. Though staff behaviour at Jalandhar was good. Overall decent stay

Nice room service with courteous staff. Housekeeping is good but can be improved further. Rooms had large floor area and the mattresses were good unlike most of the Hotel M1s have fluffy mattresses. Front desk staff is courteous. Most of all, I liked the peaceful environment of the Hotel M1.

We stayed at the Hotel M1 for 4 days and it was one of the most memorable stays. The Hotel M1 staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. Rooms are big and clean. Everything about the Hotel M1 is exceptionally. I would definitely recommended to stay in this place. Big thumbs up!

I stayed in this Hotel M1 for last time and it was like awesome that is the reason why I have chosen this Hotel M1 again and will be choosing the same in the coming future. The rooms are perfect the breakfast is good and the staff is very cooperative.

Hotel m1 is located in the central jalandhar. The stay was comfortable. The rooms were spacious and clean. Thought the trip was a business trip, but if anyone willing to stay as a couple, i believe even then it can be a comfortable stay.

Convenient location in the center pf the city. Good amenities, centralized ac, above all a friendly front desk and service staff.

Resturant almost closed, breakfast served only puran tha with curd, tea, quality taste very poor

The room was spacious which needed maintenance. The front desk staff was very supportive. Food rates are too high. The service was good. The location of the Hotel M1 is good.

Room had no additional blanket as the one was thin and room was less warm. Pillows were too small. Washroom shower was substandard. Water was just warm.

The stay was good, rooms are worth for the money you pay. The complimentary breakfast is also good but if u want to order food from the restaurant it’s very very costly. My stay was good and peaceful
