Hotel M N International

Property location was good but apart from location nothing was good about the hotel. I had booked Super Deluxe Ac room but the room was very small and clumsy, bathroom doors were not closing. There were no amenities in the hotel. I booked the hotel along with breakfast but the option of having breakfast is very limited (2-3) First day I ordered allo paratha and it was terrible, hence I stopped taking breakfast from the next day and ate outside.

M N hotel is not worth the price and should be half the average price becoz the service is very terrible. 1.Nothing in the name of complimentary breakfast they order from outside carts. 2.Even after calling several times no one comes for room service. 3.There are lots of ants in the food and the quality of food is very bad.

Location wise it near to RKL railway station on walking distance. The room could be a little more clean and arranged but it's good at the price

even though informed early check in room was not ready. AC were not working. bathroom taps are leaking. wash basin water was leaking to floor. only positive thing was the staff behaviour was good. gave only one towel given for two'. over all poor experience. actually we stayed in a non AC standard room with cost of a AC deluxe room. we need refund

I had a terrible stay at this hotel. The rooms were in bad condition—unclean, dusty, and poorly maintained. Bedsheets and pillows were in awful shape, looking like they hadn't been changed in ages. The bathroom was even worse—dirty and shockingly, had a transparent glass wall directly facing the bed. Completely unacceptable and uncomfortable. There were no hangers provided for clothes, and even the basic furniture like the chair and table were damaged. The electrical switches barely worked, and lighting in the room was so dim it felt like a dungeon. Worst of all, they have a strict no refund policy, which left me with no choice but to check out and move to a different hotel, losing my money in the process. Overall, a terrible experience. Would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

The room condition is so bad. No cleanliness. Ac is not working. Heater is not working. Tv is not working. Maintenance of washroom is very poor. Even the water bottle is also separately charged at the time of checkout. I advise not to book the room at this hotel.

very dirty room as well as bedsheet, no cover for blanket and pillow covers was fully dirty. Nothing was complimentary even water. food quality was not good. overall pathetic service

Just amazing team, with amazing services provided by team. They are very helpfully, fooding facility and delivery food is very speed.

The rooms and ambience is nothing like it's shown in photos, dirty pillows, smelly rooms, leaking washbasins etc. Only thing appreciated is they were patient enough to give us the rooms that are least worst,

There is no Fan/AC/Cooler at Reception. Bathroom door was not getting closed and was in a untidy condition. I found hair in breakfast. When I complained, there was no action.

A bit pricey. Staff here are really good. Good service. Room was a bit old but still over all it was ok. But cleanliness is really good. Good experience

Well cleaned and affordable rooms. The hotel is at a walkable distance from the railway station as well as from bursa chowk.

It’s pleasant to stay in m n international. The room is neat and clean and comfortable to stay for couple.

Food is good. But service is below average. 5 times i told them to recharge the tv but they don't do. Don't provide towel water bottle in room, you have to ask for it
