Location is excellent. Very close to railway station, metro station and bus stand. Lots of shops and food option available in locality. Hotel allows you to bring outside food and eat. Hotel was neat and compact. Clean bedsheets, pillows, towels. Tv and wifi fully functional. Staff friendly and helpful. Did not ask for extra tips.

Did not ask for any extra tips. Location is very good. I checked out early in the morning at 3. 55 am to take train, staff arranged for early checkout. Secunderabad stn, secundrabad east and west metro in walking distance. Bus stand closeby. Lots of shops for shopping and lots of options for food in the area.

Had booked 2 night stay at m n residency. Hotel is very close to the secunderabad railway station (just 400 mts. Hotel staff were very co-operative and helpful. We had an ac deluxe room. Room was clean. However, the room was a bit small for our liking, walls were a little dirty, bathroom fittings looked quite old, bedsheets were not very clean. Overall, experience was ok given that the HOTEL M.N RESIDENCY is a budget HOTEL M.N RESIDENCY.

Room is small only the drawback location of the HOTEL M.N RESIDENCY is superb, infront of HOTEL M.N RESIDENCY we will find secunderabad bus stand, railway station and metro. We can go any where in hyderabad from this place, very good market available surrounding the HOTEL M.N RESIDENCY. Hotel staff are very cooperative. Service is very good,

The station was just in walking distance with 2 metro connections with in 5 mins walk. Major food hub, and all types of store and nearby markets was just in walking distance. The Snaps of the Room given is same as we all got. we booked 4 suits and 11 double bed and all was best. Thanks to MMT.

Room was good and maintained but old! worthy for this range. Staffs are friendly and cooperative!decent approach and was helpful. It is near to railway station quiet difficult to spot instantly but can contact them or follow map. Overall satisfied! safe for girls
