The HOTEL MA GRAND was good and the room was great. Very clean all around with not even a spec of dust at any place in the room. Clean and fresh sheets and towels. Air conditioning was very comfortable, a good tv with a great collection of channels. Branded bath fittings. Decent toiletries. Breakfast was quite tasty with more than enough spread and the service was very attentive. At the reception desk, a **** manning during the day time is a great asset to the property, though the same cannot be said about the male receptionist. Overall i would rate my stay at 4. 8/5. I will recommend the HOTEL MA GRAND to anyone looking for a comfortable place at pudukottai.

Though I have visited Pudukottai quite a number of times, this is the first time I have stayed there overnight. So can't comment about other HOTEL MA GRANDs but this is a fantastic place to stay whether for business or pleasure . Very suitable for family stay. The food at their Mullai Restaurant has an amazing list of food menu that you wouldnt expect in Pudukottai. The interiors are at par with star HOTEL MA GRANDs in Chennai . Well mannered staff. I wish that they maintain their standard at the least if not upgrade. I am definitely staying in MA GRAND the next time I visit Pudukottai.

Plus clean well maintained room, comfortable beds, housekeeping clean the room daily. Ac was very good in the hot weather. Restaurant was good with good breakfast and other meals also good and tasty. Preferred south indian meals, tiffin items. Restaurent staff are also good in service car park is there in basement. Location is close to shopping streets but bit dusty and noisy otherwise everything was very good

We were quite skeptical when we booked. But in for a surprise. The rooms were spacious enough. Wide spacious lobby and corridors. Very clean, modern bathrooms. Sheets were new and fresh. Comfortable beds and tall roofs. The breakfast was very good. We kept discussing how they haven’t compromised on anything of quality. Great to find such a HOTEL MA GRAND in a b town. Needs a good front desk person.

One of the best HOTEL MA GRANDs I have stayed in recent times and didn't expect such a HOTEL MA GRAND in Pudukkottai. Pleasantly surprised with the quality of rooms and facilities. The restaurant was amazing with plenty of variety. Don't forget to try Chettinad dishes. Amazing stay and would like to revisit soon.

This HOTEL MA GRAND is located at a perfect place. Courteous staff, Good food. I stayed here last year and this August as well. The only bad experience I had is during heavy rains, water entered into the room through closed windows. Staff said they will take care of it. Hope they fix it. overall good.

Choose the HOTEL MA GRAND during the late hours of the day. Felt the price to be higher. Hot water was not available during the night, but was just warm in the morning. Could have been hotter. Variety during breakfast was adequate and the courtesy was good. Discipline among the guests was ensured.
