This property is undergoing renovation and I had to wait for more than one and half hour to get one room ready. There was no water flow from the washbasin tap. A rat was running around in the room. I was the only occupant. There was no pantry service in the hotel.

Please never book this hotel, even if u have dying situation i booked in advance two deluxe room for family and my pet in advance a week before and paid in full in advance upon reaching the hotel straight forward denied booking and said we dont have available rooms their reply is do whatever u want, we cant give rooms !
