The uncle ji May be manager was very good on arrival and very supportive and even gave early check in and gave auto wale bhaiya my number but the young man the next day was very arrogant even though he tried to create a mess we left this hotel early service and place was not bad in this budget and most important no lift for people only for luggage one lift

We’re glad you appreciated the early check-in and our manager’s assistance. As mentioned, our housekeeping staff starts at 10:30 AM, and the standard check-in time is 11:00 AM. We always try to help guests with free early check-ins, even as early as 5–6 AM, without any extra charges — something most hotels do not offer. Regarding food availability, there are many options within 500 meters, including street food, Gujarati thali, and fine-dine Punjabi restaurants, and you can also order easily via Zomato or Swiggy. We always aim to provide the best service and comfort to our guests, and we hope you’ll consider this effort in your review next time.

One room AC was not working properly. No lift facility for aged peersons. We were alloted room on second floor and for my mother it was difficult to reach out there without lift. No complementary tea or coffee was given it was chargeable. And from that stay we found good hotels for dinner almost 1.5 km from there. So overall it was average response🙏🙏

We understand your concerns. However, our hotel description clearly mentions that we don’t have a lift facility and that it’s not suitable for aged or differently-abled guests. If we had known in advance about your mother’s condition, we would have happily allotted a first-floor room. Your booking was on an EP plan, which doesn’t include complimentary tea or coffee. Also, since you checked in at 12 AM, most nearby restaurants were closed (they usually close by 10:45 PM), which is why you had to go farther. Normally, within 500 meters, there are plenty of dining options — from street food and Gujarati thalis to fine-dine Punjabi restaurants. We always try our best to make every guest’s stay comfortable and appreciate your understanding

1.Excellent service from Madhuram and the property location is good for a pleasant stay. 2. The room was hygienic and fresh with all the blankets, pillow and mattress were clean. 3. The bathroom was also hygienic and provided with body wash shampoo and soap. so there was no need for a soap bar to carry. 4. moreover luggage carrying facility through lift was available and the person helped and spoke to us so politely. 5. I strongly recommend MADHURAM for my next stay and to all my friend s and family. 6. It was worthwhile and pleasant stay at "Madhuram".

Hotel Madhuram in Veraval is a great budget-friendly option, especially for travelers arriving early—we reached at 5 AM and were kindly offered a free early check-in. The location is very convenient, just near Veraval Railway Station. Though the lift is only for luggage (which might be an issue for older guests), the friendly staff made up for it by helping us book an auto for local sightseeing. A pleasant and helpful experience overall.
