The 24-hour room service was prompt and efficient, while amenities like round-the-clock hot water, a kettle with tea/coffee provisions, and spic-and-span rooms with clean upholstery and bed sheets added greatly to our comfort. The housekeeping team maintained high standards, ensuring our stay was seamless and pleasant. Additionally, the elevator service and other thoughtful conveniences made our experience even more enjoyable. Maenamla truly caters to every need of its guests. It’s clean Hotel Maenamla, Namchi at a good location. They offer quality food, the staffs are prompt and cordial. View from the room was good but not as same as given in the description. The swimming pool was under renovation.
